Tiddymun Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 Is there any stat-difference between level 39 orange (for example) w/augment and level 50 w/augment if they have the same armour/mod/enhancement/augment slotted? I'm a newly-minted level 50 Sage that's not enamoured of the Zeyd-Cloth set and have heard whispers in the undergrowth about gear with a lower level requirement gifting poorer stats than higher. paul_preib Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 The only thing separating an orange low level piece with mods ripped from a level 50 piece would be in the event of your actual pre 1.2 set pieces (tionese/columni/rakata) where the set bonuses will not carry on to the orange piece. Even that however changes with 1.2 (and presumably any future) gear where they have actually tied the set bonus now to the armoring mod so that even that will carry on to any orange pieces you want to drop it in.
