Araugon Posted December 17, 2011 Share Posted December 17, 2011 you need to input the code into your account, then join the game and it should be in your mailbox. I got my origin code yesterday and did it last night. got my stap, holodancer, etc etc. Just make sure you are not ingame when you redeem or you have to quit then join the game again. Then check your in game email. If you skipped one of those steps this could be the reason you've not received your Digital Items. You should of gotten your pre order crystal already. Done all of that. But I just read in another thread that apparently CE-people have to wait with getting their items or something? What am I missing here?
