A load of Melarky. EA wasn't losing anything they were in the normal flux of all game production companies due to the economy. Bioware set their schedule and released when they knew where wouldn't be anyone to compete with them. To wait would mean to have Guild wars 2, Mists of Pandaria, and Secret World crawling up their rear ends..and that never ever ends well for any company. Look at what happened to other games that attempted to launch or wait for launch without taking into consideration to the competetion...their games went f2p or died completely.

Thats kinda hard to judge you know since well quite alot players have the patient levels of a small newborn child. I dont think they need Cross Server PVP Queues i've not had a problem with pvp pops since the mergers. Maybe for Ranked it would help to cross server since i hear the queue times are long for that since no one really wants to face the mega guilds out there waiting to rip faces off.

Alderaan is one of the few plants where Empire and Republic can wander into each other's question area. Doing this gets you a warning then your auto flagged for PVP..you must of wandered into their territory.

The comms only buy the MK 1 Black Hole gear..that is NOT the top..not even near it...There's what 3 different levels? Its the lowest level of the gear from 1.2 I just got MK 2 Boots from SM Denova, MK 1 is only a smidge better in some respects than Rak so you can completely ignore it if you so choose or you can buy it while trying to get rak so you can move onto HM Ops. MK 2 / 3 drops from HM Denova while Campaign is of course token related. Your complaint is pretty much pointless. It shouldn't take a thousand years to go through old gear styles in order to get the new relevant gear styles. Hell some of the MK1 BH gear isn't even that good depending on the spec type you have.

No thats not true. on another note its funny to see the same 2 lips attached Bioware's rear posters trying to fake assure promises of multiple phases and happy joy times none of which has been hinted at by the bioware people. And QFT Jaavik...seriously on the same page as you with whats going on. Like the game, hate the treatment of customers and constant lack of communication and I especially hate loose ends. Bioware gives us nothing but loose ends. They drive me nuts professionally and drive me nuts when it comes to things that affect my money.

People are mad that there's only 1 Free step and its Only for the Server Merges. If the populations were more established and there was a content majority of players across all active servers people wouldn't mind paying a fee. But that is not the case. This only solves part of the current issue. Plus with no ETA on when said Pay service may appear..and it doesnt sound like it'll be any time soon..do players really expect other players to wait another 2 to 3 months? Timelines like that tend to kill games that are already struggling to keep the masses happy. If they only give free moves to 1 group of people then charge everyone else...lets just say they might be seeing another 25% loss of subs. 10% at the least.

Read their post they said 1 destination per origin and you don't get to chooose. Some Origins wills hare a single destination.

If BW wasn't going to fix their mistake or simply charge customers for their bad advice they should of NEVER ever jumped on the reroll bandwagon that players started. They should expect to lose more players because of the current state of information that is now out about the transfers. BW made the mistake to get involved so they should allow everyone 1 free fair transfer. Dead server moves like they're doing on the 12th should naturally be first with everyone else moving between the new array of destination servers second. If you already have characters on a heavy server you should be allowed to move more toons there. BW is shooting themselves in the foot with continued silence. Because ilke always they want to play us against each other, they want to see us fight and degrade ourselves and then sweep in to make themselves the hero. Well I like your game BW but your not gosh darnn heros you're *******es.

Its a flawed designation it gives you no choice at all. If they really gave a damn about their communities you'd atleast get a small controlled list of destinations and a simple yes i wanna move or no i wanna stay and die.

Read the above you have to "disband" your guild. If they were going to ensure everyone going to the same place they should do it like th PTS moves and not this half *** break up the band and pray you get your back.

No This merge is only for dead / light servers to go to a predefined destination. You're in the boat with the rest of us...someone will have to fork cash.

Read everythign they said if the destination gets full the destination will be changed. If you don't get transfered at the EXACT same time as your guild mates you will NOT be on the server with them. Read the above post it pretty much says it. You can get F'd over by this move. Here I'll show this to you in their own words. Ready Line Number 2 "disband" its very telling.

Here's my issue with the whole "calculations" thing...Its already proven to not take into account the human reaction factor..and its more than once bit them in the rear end. Its doing it again. Mathematicians can't calculate the human factor. We're not calculations. We're fraking people.

No they did not..infact they said guilds are NOT beign transfered together they will have to "reform" their guild and apply to have their bank moved seperately. This reeks of chances you get screwed transfering.

The big deal is they don't get to chose, they don't move together. IF the destination becomes full and they swap to a new destinition and only half the guild's characters have been transfered then the other half goes somewhere else. Thus destroying their guild and making them having to wait to "pay". Bioware is not handling this correctly everyone should be getting a free 1 time transfer with the first ROUND only being dead server mergers. This is all they've promised us..the rest is pay or leave.

He's nto upset about names...its about only some people getting free ones, guilds being broken up etc and the fact you may not even end up with your friends if your server becomes "full" so they change destinations without telling you.

Agreed. Im all for transfers..just not half *** inequal treatment transfers. I feel especially for guilds even though I'm not in one any longer.

People CHOSE to go to Light Servers thats right some of those servers were light or dead when they went there adn they're getting to move. It is unequal treatment of players especially when BIOWARE employees CHOSE to tell people to "reroll". There is nothing outlandish about asking for a 1 time free transfer to help even out and maximize the hapiness of the ENTIRE game populace but they'd rather only give it 1 set of the customer base adn charge everyone else. I don't understand how you can't atleast grasp and understand why people are so upset. Some people are gettting something NEW for FREE while everyone else has to pay. If you walked into a store to get a Free TV and saw everyone get a FREE tv and they told you You can't have a free TV because you didn't come with these people that'd you'd honestly accept that? For some people they chose a server type thinking it's community would be like it was in other games from past experience. It turned out not to be...how can anyone predict that? Plus it got worse when server populations waned. Everyone should have a chance even if its a limited choice to get off their server. Its better for the community as a whole to get people into a more content position. This only does this for one group of people. Its ridiculous treatment.

The game is new...Premium charges come in once games are settled and the base population is in a more content state. You don't piss on the base and then expect your base to spend money much less recommend the game to new players. Even WoW does free transfers. They stil charge most of the time but they HAVE done them and they did them equally. Everquest 2? Had free transfers. Warhammer Online...omg Had free open transfers. Your solution is to punish a section of the base population and then assume its going to go over well when you ask them for 10 dollars per character. Bioware's OWN employees suggested many of the actions that caused some of these problems. Actions like these drive people away and give games bad names. Look at the nightmares of AoC and Funcom how many of the wrongly abused population went back to AOC after the crap that went down with that game? Not many.

No..if the server fills up they will start sending people to a new destination.
