Jedi_Barbie Posted April 16, 2012 Author Share Posted April 16, 2012 The Yoda took about an hour to make. The ears were the hardest part. The rest of the cake didn't take all that long. I can knock out a quick 2 layer cake with buttercream icing in about 90 min. Although I want my own restaurant, I decorate cakes as a hobby right now (did a pretty awesome Angry Birds one last year). Usually I focus mainly on flavor. The 9 yr old wants a Dark Side cake for her party with her friends (this was the family party). I'm considering a Darth Maul.
