  1. I ordered one, but no clue when I'll receive it. Definitely seems buggy.
  2. I hate the makeup on my Miraluka Sage. I wasn't really paying attention to that when I made her, so she's got that stupid Amidala makeup going on. I didn't really mind it that much at first, but after over a year of playing her...I CAN'T STAND IT. I'll be glad to have it fixed. May give her some bangs, too, if there's an option for it with longer hair.
  3. I have a maxed out level 50 Jedi Consular who is my Main. I use her primarily for making creds, crafting, raiding, etc. I have a level 50 BH that I use for the same purpose on the Imp side. For "new" alts: I max out the XP bonuses for legacy for new alts as soon as I can. I use the XP boosts. Why? I hate the drudgery of running the same planet-side quests over and over for each alt I do. I really hate Taris. I don't care a lot for Tatooine. I will run most of the quests on Voss and Belsavis (both planets I don't dislike vehemently). Usually, I'm 50th level before finishing the quest lines on Corellia. I may go back and do some of the missed quests when I want stuff to sell on the GTN, but I usually don't bother. To be honest, leveling alts can be a painfully boring experience sometimes. I've got multiple alts all sitting at around levels 15 - 25 simply because I get bored with them. I will, eventually, finish leveling them when my playing partner is playing a character that works well with the one I want to level. I also switch leveling between factions. One Pub. Then, an Imp. That helps a little with keeping it enjoyable. And, when it gets really boring for me, I just play a different MMO for awhile until I want to come back to SWTOR and play again. I'm usually away for about a week or so before I'm back, but it's good to have a vacation away from it every once in awhile. At least, that's how I handle it.
  4. You are paying for the EARLY access. The game expansion isn't due to come out officially until like March-April. When the expansion actually DOES come out for everyone, it MAY be free at that time like all the rest of the content is now. Let's wait and see what happens before we speculate...
  5. How many are we supposed to receive per month (as subscribers)? I don't think I've received a single one for just subscribing since we were given them when F2P started...
  6. Sadly, my friend and I were having the same problem. We weren't as interested in HK when everyone else was doing it (and had real life issues that kept us from playing). When things were less hectic for us and we could go find him, the excavation of random parts was taking so long that we just kinda gave up on it. That..and we didn't want to have to run Foundry on Hard. I guess it's just one of those things we'd LIKE, but don't NEED enough to make more than a medium amount of effort. An hour of searching per planet is enough for me personally...
  7. Playing a year...my first MMO really. I played a bit with WoW (WoTLK) and didn't like it much, so I quit it. SWTOR was the first game to make me fall in love with MMO's. Have 2 50's and almost a 3rd. Having a blast.
  8. I'm 38 and my playing partner is 37. My brother also plays. He's 33. My son plays. He's 15. None of them come to the forums.
  9. Blue (actual blue) clothes and I really liked the Green Jedi robes on Corellia....
  10. Imperial Classes I'd like to see (taken from some of the other posters on here as well who have excellent ideas): Imperial Soldier Sith Beastmaster Imperial Pilot Republic: Jedi Xenobiologist?: As for an off-set to the Sith Beastmaster, the Jedi could have someone from the agricultural corp who deals with the training of animals... Republic Pilot However, for Pilots, I think there NEEDS to be Space PvP available and their class missions would take place mainly on fleet or in space. Sure, there'd be some planet-side stuff, too (to encourage players to go to planets for those quests)...but I'd like to see REAL Space warfare and not space-on-rails.
  11. My entire Havoc Squad (except 4X) is dressed in jedi-style robes with hoods (At least they all match). I didn't really mean to do it that way, but it still looks pretty cool when you consider they're SF troops and can be undercover behind enemy territory. You can already put your Trooper in Jedi stuff is what I'm saying. I do agree, though, that social armors and adaptive armors should be usable by any class and type. There are trooper/Jedi Knight only style orange pants, for instance, that my companions (like Aric and Elara Dorne) can't wear...even though they're troopers. Stupid. And we desperately need the opportunity to change our appearances to whatever we really like. I've come across multiple outfits that I liked...but because they were green or blue (and I'm running only in orange/purples), I wouldn't use them. If nothing else, allowing for some form of armor smithing or transformation that would let you pick what the outside of your outfit looked like (pick one outfit you already own) and use the stats from another outfit you own. GW2 allows that with transformation stones...SWTOR could do something similar. These are just my opinions, though. Carry on.
  12. For individuals (not main that was already 50 when legacy hit): the xp bonus for exploration and class missions (because I want to level quicker so I can avoid most of the boring planet-side quests on planets I hated like Hoth and Taris). For my trooper, I bought Coruscant transport (because you go back there so often in that storyline). For my main, I only bought the repair droid.
  13. Quintessa (Sage Consular): Bryce Dallas Howard: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0397171/resumephotos?v=me708730105 Quantan (Republic Commando): Wentworth Miller: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm330924800/nm0589505 Quarkhan (Imperial Agent): Michael Fassbender: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1201192448/nm1055413 The rest of my characters are mainly twi'leks, so it wouldn't matter as much who played them since makeup and CGI would likely be more important than the actor/actresses true appearances anyway.
  14. I wanted to thank you for this thread! It cheered me up immensely. LOVE it. You have a real talent. Would love to see your other page (the "secret") one. Thank you again...
  15. I'm on the Hate Taris Team. Taris wasn't as bad for me on the Imp side, but I DESPISE it for the Pubs. AWFUL. Rakghouls aren't scary. They're more like anthropomorphic cockroaches than zombies. Plus, Taris has all these obnoxious dead end areas deep in craters/holes and below pipes/wreckage that make getting around more difficult than it should be. Also hate the end of Belsavis (the maze tomb thing is annoying). Belsavis gets boring quickly, too. I am not a fan of Hoth (BORING ICE FOREVER and huge maps with a lot of quests) or Tatooine (BORING SAND FOREVER) plus Sand People and Jawa massacres aren't cool in general. Really like Nar Shaddaa, Balmorra, Voss, and Dromund Kaas.
  16. 1. Character transfers to servers we WANT and MORE CHARACTER SLOTS per server. 2. New character customizations (hair, tattooes, makeup, gear, COLOR PALETTE to change gear) 3. Mini games that give us reasons to interact with one another or revisit earlier planets (pazaak, sabacc, pod/speeder racing, etc)
  17. This is a great idea and might actually help to bring people back in. Add me to the support list!
  18. One of them is recently unemployed (with a family to care for). Another is a teenage boy who isn't able to work yet (too young). The third doesn't have a credit card to put a subscription on at the moment. So, YES..some people DO have financial problems, but still would like to support the game. ALSO: All 3 of them had already paid for the game before (when it was still 60 dollars) or had it bought for them (as the teen boy did), so they should be able to play the game as easily as another person does. They paid the money when they had it...they don't have it NOW. I absolutely know they'd pay for the monthly subscription, but they don't have it. As a matter of fact, 2 of those people DID have a monthly subscription until they lost their incomes! So...It's not an EXCUSE. It's their reality.
  19. I have a monthly subscription. My leveling partner does, too. We have no intention of getting rid of our subscriptions any time soon. I also know 3 other people who will be returning to SWTOR once it goes F2P (mainly due to financial constraints on them).
  20. I bought all the XP bonuses for class quests and map discovery. I made sure I actually discovered the maps on the planets (I actually enjoy the exploration sometimes). I did the side quests on planets I liked so I could skip doing side quests on planets I didn't like (Hoth, Taris). I did bonus series on some of the planets (not all). I did Heroic 2+'s and none of the Heroic 4s. I did NO flashpoints, no warzones, no space missions, and no PVP. When I got my BH to Corellia, I was 50th about 1/2 way through my class quest on there. I was always about 2 levels higher than the base requirement for any planet. I am not saying it's impossible to level on purely class quests, but I'm going to bet that it would be extremely difficult (even with all the extra XP). Instead, I'd focus on doing the content you MOST like. Pick a planet or two that you don't mind running around on for awhile and do all the quests you find on those. Then, you can skip most of the quests on planets you just don't like.
  21. I'd pay for the following: 1. Character customization options (all NEW hairstyles, hair colors, skin colors, etc) 2. COLOR PALETTE so I could change the color on my gear and customize it myself (should work also for my companions so their gear looks original and MATCHES) 3. Vanity Mounts: Love the idea of a Taun-Taun, but I also liked the Jaggalors on Corellia (and they already have handlebar looking things coming off their backs as it is!) 4. Vanity Pets: I'm a sucker for them... 5. Social Outfits/Gear: How about being able to buy the Green Jedi robes, as an example? Different "fancy/elegant" clothes or something...and SLAVE BOY OUTFITS. 6. MORE CHARACTER SLOTS on a server. (Please???) 7. Ship Customizations (vanity gear for ships would be nice and I might actually want to do something social in my ship if I could change it up to suit my own style). What I WOULD NOT pay for: 1. New content. I'm a subscriber. I should get all new content as part of my subscription fee. 2. New mods, enhancements, etc...or "legendary" gear. I don't want this to become "pay to win".
  22. Color palette would be nice, too..so I can change my social "elegant dress" to another color (BLUE would be really nice since I don't think I've seen a lot of blue that wasn't trooper armor related). Plus, it would allow people to kinda customize their own gear a little. That way, everyone may not be in the exact same armor at end game. At least colors might be different. Also...is BURLAP the only affordable cloth in the universe? Why does just about everything on the Republic side have to be in shades of burlap, brown, or tan? Are there no other colors?? I agree, though...allowing a "barber shop" to change appearance (along with some new choices for things like hairstyles that AREN'T cornrows, minihawks, mullets, or hideous buns) would be awesome! Just don't know if we'll ever see it...
  23. TROY BAKER as Zenith. His voice makes me *swoon*..and then, Zenith isn't even romanceable!
