Or do you have to find all the drops world wide from random mobs to complete a full set? Clarification of this would be greatly appreciated. As stated, there is legacy armour vendors on the pts, i can see these coming into live, they arnt uber powerful but they arnt bad either. they dont level with you from what is seen on the pts but are a foot up to help you level faster.
