Reason #2 The Dev team responsible for the combat log was also responsible for cleaning the office. Reason #3 The tech support droids couldn't figure out a remote feed Reason #4 Being off script the Developers might actually let some real info slip Reason #5 There really is secret stuff to discuss with the most digitally connected group of gamers BW could find. REASON 2# they dont have anything new... REASON 3# they do have something new, but its so fantastic it (like a bad wind break) might burn our eyes.... Reason 3: Did someone say "the servers are up". Reason 4: Need time to apply patch update 1.2a and emergency patch 1.2b before the next session begins. Reason 5: Need time to get to the next venue. To get to the next venue, its down the elevator, across the parking lot, a short drive to parking lot C, across that parking lot, take the left elevator to the main floor, walk to the other side, the bus there will leave when numbers warrant, it's a direct trip to the next venue.... THe info laters likely to be controlled but a lot deeper than the less controlled stuff early on. Most of the stuff between then and nows likely to be them evading questions, with answers like, lots of great things coming in area x but cant say yet. The welcome and 1.2 preview were completed a little early, and the Guild Leaders are now headed to the studio to take a tour and have lunch. Once they're back at the Summit (2:00PM CST), the panels will resume. We aren't able to bring video equipment along during the studio tour, but you won't miss any panel discussions. Thank you!
