Devour and Parasitism are equivalent to around 0.5-1% of your HP per second if you maintain 100% uptime on Affliction and use CD and DF on cooldown. It's decent, but certainly not amazing. I personally would go with Electric Bindings. In PvP, trickle healing generally isn't nearly as useful as G T F O abilities. Edit: why the hell is G T F O censored? It's an self-censoring acronym! I see these talents as PvE so you can 'life tap' and not worry -sorry for using LT been playing a Warlock for 6 years and can't recall what its called here.
