It can sometimes happen when one of the bounty hunters attacks (for example explosive dart) damages a target at the same time as another attack lands, for example Heatseeker missile. Very rarley in those cases the game will add the two damages together and consider them as a single attack thus generating what is seemingly unrealisticly high damage numbers... I think it is due to this if you spam for example the basic attack you'll see the numbers get added together to form a larger number I guess this is within a server tick, if your attack is fast enough just as an example.
