For me the energy systems is 100% the cap on how fast I can cast, I see no benefit from this personally Cast 2 heals back to back hasted up and your not reneging energy at 100% anymore, great itemization on end game items when its on almost every piece. Youmu Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 (edited) Eh. You can pace yourself by leaving a little gap between the casts. Calling alacrity useless / giving no benefit is just silly. Being able to kick out that heal faster is extremely helpful, especially in PvP, where someone living or dying can be up to that fraction of a second Alacrity cuts off, as well as making it bit harder for your heals to be interrupted.
