naitee Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 If you have like 30% crit 80% surge, with relics you will get like 50% crit, 100% surge with power you will get like 200+ dmg boost (don't remember if its right) so, you choose the one that fits better on your playstyle. If your Annihilation, to me, the most obvious would be surge/crit; however, Annihilate skill does and can hit VERY hard so power is an option. My bleeds do most of the damage so I stick to that. I'm assuming he's talking about PvP so AFAIK no PvP relics with expertise have an augment slot unlike craftable ones which can get that BUT they do not have expertise.
