Anelyn Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Hey guys, I am a lvl 18 arsenal mercenary, and I noticed Muzzle Fluting and Upgraded Arsenal talents, are supposed to lower the heat cost of 3 abilities: Power Shot, Tracer Missile and Rail Shot. I am positive the effect happens in game play, but the tooltip still displays same heat cost (ie: power shot 25 heat, Rail shot 16, they should be 16 and 8 no?). I reported this in game, thanks. MasterSengir Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Was just looking at Upgraded Arsenal and when I switch from HWC to CGC or CSC the heat cost of rail shot don't change.
