When no one answer your ticket and after 5 days waiting, the ticket is closed. When you press keys and skills don't happen. When jumping from box to box to reach a datacron is considered exploration. When crafting is just a money sink. When someone offer me ( a powerful Jedi) a space ship at lvl 18 but I can only drive speeders at lvl 25. When in an era of high tech, I still need walk back to complete missions and get my prize. When you have 3 warzones and a ridiculous pvp world. When you die of fatigue when water is at your knees.
