I'm having the same type of issue.. I am enjoying playing this game but find myself not playing because I'm trying to stay at lvl with some of my friends.. and I don't like playing multiple characters at the same time. I would love to be able to log in and disable my xp so I can farm mats for crewskills or pvp or run instances.. that way when my friends are on I can enable my xp and play with them.

Two issues I have notices 1. In guild when you sort players by level it's doing a string sort and not a numeric sort. So lvl 6 is above lvl 50. 2. When looking at pvp gear it would be nice to sort by item Level. That way I can easily see the lvl 14 gear and level 20 gear... and so on.

I assume this has been brought up as an issue but I figured I would post it because it is still bugging me, unless I'm doing something wrong. When in the crew skill tab and looking at a piece of gear on the right side.. when you cursor over a piece of gear it compairs it to your current gear and the stat diff it give you is backwards. If the gear you can make has 100AC and what you have has 55AC it says -45... but after you make it and the item is in your inventory and you cursor over it.. the stat difference says +45 not -45. Just something that keeps bugging me.

Dudes dudes dudes.. running a problem.... Let me take a step back. TO ME having no running means no exploring, no scenery, no reason for in depth worlds. What do you want ... pick up a quest turn around kill the 10 mobs that were happen to be standing there waiting for you and then turn back turn in the quest. Next quest pick up quest turn around, kill the 10 mobs that just happen to be standing there waiting for you to have the quest, turn back turn in quest. Dudes running and exploring is part of a RPG experience, seeing new areas, see what is behind that rock or in that cave.. if you are just fallowing your quests and doing only your quests you are missing a lot of the game and the experience of playing a real RPGmmo. That's just my option. If you have ever played games like Final Fantasy, Deus Ex... any RPG game you have running and exploring and lots of it.

I agree will all this is a great game... I have played EQ1 for 7 years, EQ2 for 1year, WoW 6years, Champians, COH, Perfect World... And SWTOR is the first real MMORPG feeling game I have played, the rest where just MMO with a leveling system SWTOR has brought the RPG feel to the MMO market for the first time and it's great. I have been playing for a few months now since beta and I am really enjoying that game.. for those people that are complaining and are lvl 50 already.. take a step back and look at what there is to the game compared to any other game out there.. their's sooo much more to SWTOR... I can go on and on but it will just invite flamers and trolls and I don't want to do that. This is a great game .. keep up the good work and please don't do what other games have done and fall into the grove of max level is where the game starts.. we should make leveling faster.. NO game starts a lvl 1 with a good rich fun story.
