I'm glad someone has brought this up finally. There is a very slim selection for us to choose from, but it clipping issues could be resolved, that would be great. Take Star Wars Galaxies for example, they managed to get their helmets to fit twi'leks, and even made special modifications to some pieces, making folds where the lekku come out.

Actually there is a heroic with some Jedi, and a neat quest where you find some Ancient Rakate device. Jedi Knight also lets you fight a Sith, who I think becomes your companion later.

I wouldn't worry too much. Most people hear nerf and assume everyone not affected knows how to play their class.

You'd be surprised. SWG (Rest in peace) lost a large playerbase over the years, and threw up some patches with new content and all of a sudden people started coming back (Including myself). People tend to check back and see if any updates have been made while they were out for such a long time. Even if the patch comes out like garbage (as this one looks like it will be) Something about terrible games also seem to lure players in. SWTOR might get some love soon.

Use WoW's Alterac Valley as an example for a new BG. Large map, multiple objectives, and a little bit of PVE in it at the end where you kill a boss. And leave classes alone until you hire an expert who knows what they're doing.

I have a good feeling i'll be re-rolling heh. They might as well just take Commando off the class list.

I am having this issue too. I never switched to Bowdaar before entering the ship, so that wouldn't be the problem :| Risha is also stuck with a quest symbol above her head but doesn't go into a cinematic phase. I sent in a ticket myself, I'll let you know what they say if they fix me up first.

47 now, will be 50 in a day maybe. I grinded two other characters to their thirties. If I just focused on one character at a time, i'd have multiple 50's now. Doesn't take long at all really.

If ya'll want SWG's space combat, go play the EMU. I personally like the battle atmosphere put into the space battles of SWTOR even if a few are recycled old missions. If this was a swg style space combat, you'd have garbage pilots whining and having bad parts. Now it's just pilots with bad parts (and a few who still manage to suck.) The problem with SWG's system was there were good pilots who had a hard time getting good parts. On here, they're not too hard to come by, and the low grade store bought parts actually do the job to the minimal.

I'd suggest them adding in more for crew skills and harder to get resources. That will tempt people to buy them and use some of that money.

Personally I would just change servers or join a good guild. Unless struggling to enjoy the game is fun for ya lol.

Screw level brackets, do Valor Rank brackets. Might not weed out all the baddies, but at Valor 20, most folks should know the ropes. Just a thought. Then adding the debuff wouldn't be absurd.

Even though this isn't my thread, love the info ya'll have posted. I figured when I get parts crafted alone i'd be in good shape. Glad you mentioned some other well-needed parts and their functions. Kudos for the good non-troll info.
