  1. This isn't complicated. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Look at other games that haven't mucked this up, and copy them.
  2. i think they would have been better off to say 'working as intended' and changed the tooltips to match the bugged behavior, rather than reworking things. it's also unfortunate that of the talent pair in question the lower tier one is the one that low levels will benefit the least from due to having low crit. so you'll have to be quite high level to see damage equal to pre-patch, even if they get the math right.
  3. the class's design is antithetical to the ecosystem it's in. a class with no cc, no knockback, and 1 baseline leap is never going to be a good class in a game where everyone else has these tools and the game is designed around their use.
  4. I really enjoy the class, it's fun, I typically top damage, and I don't die very often, but my main is (was) a 50 Sorc and the thread topic is laughable. Don't confuse fun with good. The game revolves around Sorcs and Tanks, everyone else is just trying to have some marginal influence on the outcome of the match. Unfortunately a good Sorc/Sage will kite you forever, and your damage is laughable against geared Tanks. Also, no one should be complaining about Tracer Missile spam as a Sentinel. You almost hard counter them with the amount of interrupts you have.
  5. the class is not synergistic with the game's design. everything about the mechanics work against it. with so many knockbacks and snares and stuns to give a class one baseline distance closer and no cc was never going to be a balanced design. it's a fun class, but don't confuse that with good.
  6. passive reduction to knockback distance. passive buff that gives a small amount of resolve when snared.
  7. The PvP item “Overcharge Consumable” is now named “Warzone Expertise Adrenal.” Its cooldown has been reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes and it now shares a cooldown with other adrenals. It (and other adrenals) no longer stack with the PvP Power-Up that increases Expertise to prevent Expertise values from increasing beyond intended levels. Am i reading this wrong? After the patch isn't this going to be clearly better than any crafted adrenal? The overcharge consumables are 15% expertise for 25s vs say Rakata 535 Surge for 15s. And they're both going to be 3m cd and are going to share a cooldown? This wasn't an issue before when they weren't in direct competition, but i don't see why you would use crafted adrenals now.
  8. I'm shocked at how disrespectful they've been to the RP-PvP East community. They lock every thread where we attempt to explain our situation. They've left us with ONE server, at FULL, with a massive queue since 3pm. We're the only population that only has the option of a queue. Everyone else has at least one server of their preferred type in their time zone without a queue.

  10. The only choice RP-PvP East players have is to wait in a 45 minute queue or to commit themselves to +100ms ping for their entire character life; entirely because you've been unnecessarily slow in opening a second server. NO other server preference has to make a choice like this.
