there's like 1 active sniper in the 50 brackets on the server I'm on... was more but guess they quit or rerolled. never really did see the point in the class myself much either. maybe you guys will get some love sometime in the future.

Been seeing a fair amount of new BMs getting 5/5 and weapon in a week lately myself. still on <10 comms out of 70 bags so I don't know what to think anymore.

1 competent dps can take a healer out of an entire fight be it even through outright killing them or forcing them to heal themselves. The only issue it when said healer is guarded or being chain healed but that's an extra person we got now so you're 1v2, where's your team? a couple good dps can down a healer through guard easily. even having another healer healing the one you're hitting 2 dps can still take them down. People are forgetting if you and a buddy are hitting healer #1 and healer#2 is healing healer#1 that's two healers that aren't even healing their own team and if your team cannot kill anyone whilst they're occupied then something else is going horribly wrong anyway. I play a vanguard.

none in 11 days including 2 weeklies. see people who been BM for a week with 5/5 and weapon.

right now at the rate bioware are handling things, none. seeing as 5/8 classes bring your team down in pvp right now.

senintels are laughable because a guardian does everything better than them.

maybe because almost all of them are terrible. the good ones make the class seem op.

I guess that's why even with 42% chance/absorb I've been taking the same damage from everything since I can remember unless I use my cooldown shield?. damn...

Much rather get jumped by an operative before an assassin tbh.

if anything, people are overlooking shadows/assassins.

get it with shockstrikes and HIB as PVP geared tank with tank spec.

They're extremely strong in pvp even as tanks. people are just really bad, heck if guardiands/juggs get buffed, they'll be over the top.

pvp gear is fine for pve.

dunno. felt underwhelmed with tactics, assault specialist seemed better when I tried it. 350k+ damage, 11 medals... In pvp tank gear...

agreed. found my guild from LFG in rift, would I have joined them if I never ended up grouping with them numerous times with LFG? No. If that is destroying a community then I don't know what to say.

was shield specced with elara. first try with about 5% hp left after doing it.

I find it funny because for at least a week now a level 12 bot has been camping a loot chest in Ilum. priorities

eliminator's... did similar, bought that as vanguard. bonuses on it were 2- reduce cd of concussive charge 4- 15% more crit chance on high impact bolt

And don't do what I did and buy eliminators gear. has a commando set bonus. Wish they showed on the vendor screen. Maybe someone will say do my research but they should be viewable from in game. only took me an almost full tank set and numerous other artifacts/offhands before realising I want a full set of dps gear as tank survivability is better, it is still rather underwhelming.

I'm regretting getting 8 pieces of the pvp tank gear. Usually linger around 300k damage and a fair amount of protection along with high objective score and few deaths. Very rarely get those 2.5k medals but those 2.5k shockstrikes are no myth. Guess when the situation is right (buffs and the damage bonus) and a possibly debuffed opponent. Granted I did try 5/5/31 to have a play about and found it rather fun, but made me notice how much less survivability it has. Rather curious to how shield spec would do in full DPS gear now myself.
