Oh yea I am I thought this was the eve forum. Try using google some I know you don't want your dream of a star wars game being space less messed up but it's happening.

What bigger issues are you talking about.. They have tons of on ground content made. One of the biggest things they can do to up sub is have a massive open space game like the one their working release. Your not really making any sense.

They have been working in house on the space expansion since before launch.. Trust me it's no after thought. It's coming if you like it or not.

#1 the space expansion isn't and single mini game. It's a mmo inside of an mmo basically. #2 the layoffs were coming no matter what. Take the time to look into how game developing cycles work. They ramp up the team 6-12 months before release. Mostly artist/mod dealers all working on a one year contract.. They know the chance of them becoming perm full time employees after release is slim to none. After release all mmos teams get smaller... Try using google to learn a few things about this and you will see all gaming companies work this way. They teach you this in gaming 101 in college..

Why would you want them to forget about it? This one thing alone will bring back many many players.

I would hope this coming Tuesday at the conference we would get an space update. This is going to be a huge money maker for EA. I would tend to think the space expansion will be packaged with a 1-2 new ops a couple flash points and a new planet other than Makeb. 29.99 - 39.99 will be the price for every including paid subs. Please do a forum search the next time you want to post negative stuff. There are 50 other post about this you can post in and not waste valuable forum space. Oh and yes they are working on a huge expansion for space.

If the community team can keep this up I think it's a win win for everyone. This last week the forums have been full of useless negative post and I'm glad to see things being cleaned up. I have one question which I think is important. Are we still getting server forums. I think a server having their own forums and sub set of forums for crafting, guild recruitment is vital to the growing a community. I would like to see the following forums for each server. General, Guild recruitment, crafting/trade forums and maybe even an events forum... Galvatron

I agree!! Lets relax and wait for the fun.. All these doom and gloomers do this in every game they play. The Space expansion will be good and I know with the space expansion and open world pvp content which we will see starting on the new planet MAKEB will bring back a lot of guilds that left..

Honestly should they have waited to do this later on? NO if you see you will have to make a change you don't wait you go ahead and do it and make it happen. Bioware doing this now is a good thing.. They talked about this even before release and I think they always planned on doing this and having a coin store for items that really don't matter but people will buy just to have.

Except what SWTOR is doing isn't PTW. you can't but raid gear you can't buy pvp gear you can't buy mats with these coins.. Also this is a business they are in it to make money as with any and every game if you think other wise your naive. Every game is a cash grab period. No one makes AAA games for the hell of it.
