Reverse engineering doesn't change the item's bind status. If it starts out as a BoE it ends as a BoE.

Hey, I'm currently having an issue with uncovering all of the Clabburn Tundra map, the Mesa is still covered up with dark hexes and I've uncovered everything else, I believe I've found all of the heroic zones. The ship crash site, the world boss site and the hole in the ground. Any assistance with unlocking all of this map would be great. Also my world map shows all of Hoth, I'm not sure if this is a bug.

No, it currently doesn't. In this case I've simply adapted to the situation. I'm a tank for 4 man heroics, random world bosses and now and then in raids. Otherwise I'm a dps guardian. I have two sets of gear and while the respec costs are rapidly building I can easily afford them. Dual spec with in an AC will go a long way to reducing the financial cost, otherwise it's just a case of adapting to the current design of the end game.
