  1. Translation: Dear Bioware developers, I would like to take this opportunity to express my disappointment in your creative decision to not allow players to add weapon tunings to existing weapons. As a deeply invested player I thoroughly enjoy using the weapons that I have already contributed real world money to obtain. I would like request you consider making adjustments to the delivery of your upcoming cosmetic feature. Specifically I would like to see an option to craft or purchase weapon tuning kits that I can use to apply to my weapons, so my existing weapons can continue to be awesome. Kind regards, ArkhaanPremiare.
  2. So Meta. I guess it really depends on the era that we're in the star wars universe. I'd be pretty happy being a quartermaster for the Alliance forces or the Rebellion forces.
  3. 1. Fly my class ship or any fighter in pve, with an open space galaxy. 2. Personally command my forces and delegate alliance resources. 3. Explore the galaxy / random planets. Even if it's Mass Effect Mako style. 4. Salvage and recover ships and vehicles to be used by either myself or the alliance. 5. To be able to send companions out on alliance missions.
  4. I'm actually fine with this. I'd rather have a chance to bug check the content than put up with annoying bugs after the patch goes live.
  5. Yup. It would be great if we had pve ground vehicle and pve space missions that we could not only assign our alliance members to, but also take part in ourselves.
  6. I think Authoritarian would be better fitting though at that point in the horse shoe it's very hard to distinguish between a Fascist and Authoritarian. As for safe spaces. I'm still chuckling over the events of Mizzu. Far left African American students want a safe space away from white students. I know a certain far right clan that would gladly sign off on that. So the circle of stupid continues.
  7. I remember you... in the mountains. Which story arc did you like the most from that expansion? The Vykul and Ulduar stories were my favorite. I didn't care much for the scourge story.
  8. It's always a good idea to take a break when you're losing interest. I've been building settlements over in Fallout 4. Which kind of makes the game sound like it's the Wasteland edition of Simcity.
  9. Because anything can change with time. They don't want to be held directly to their word when they say they can't do something because X reason. When a year or so later they discover they can. Honestly I think a great way to engage the community would be to do surveys, forum polls that sort of thing. The basic staples of this game are Ops, 4 man pve, pvp, and story content. From there they could present a buffet of possible features they could add to the game in addition to their existing staples. Everyone gets a say, while also getting a glimpse of what the devs are thinking about. And the polls / surveys could be more ranking than only the winner will be developed. That way if say Pod racing fails to win, it isn't entirely written off.
  10. I'm inclined to agree. I remember the early days when the devs were giving us regular updates of things happening. Most of which amounted to very little of anything people were really requesting at the time. No. Nothing is planned was the most common response to any questions put to the dev team. Don't take this as me saying I don't think there should be better communication from the dev team but honestly, what should we be looking for with an increased level of communication from the devs? Because I don't expect we'll get any responses other than no, nothing is planned.
  11. It would be nice if we could pick the types of enhancements we're getting. I'd rather not get a load of endurance heavy gear.
  12. I guess it's a good thing I haven't really done much with my gear.
  13. The return to shooting on location and the use of prosthetics and puppets / muppets was a really good move. The production quality of the film is amazing, with a good balance of special effects and practical effects. The fight scenes seem well balanced and not to ridiculously long. That being said the plot does mirror prior content and relies heavily on convenience. These points aren't substantial detractors as the overall quality of the film more than makes up for it. I'd give it an 8 / 10.
  14. I hope the issue will be resolved soon. Generating money is something I enjoy doing but is currently a lot more difficult.
  15. I did read all of that and I agree with many of your points. I would like to further add that Bioware should try to not only tell a story about the current conflict, but develop systems with in the game to give players more direct control and interaction along the way. We're going to have over 50 companions by the time this story ends. We can only craft with 6, and we can only use one out with us at a time. I love the selection available, but to me that screams a need for a new feature to make the remaining companions more useful, for reasons other than story. I'm the commander of this alliance. Let me command.
  16. Xeno tends to be the main source for components. That being said, extra ways to obtain components would be nice.
  17. Yeah, I've had trouble trying to find one of my Roche mounts. But to add to the list, rank 5 companion gifts. Courting, Luxury, Underworld,, and trophies aren't showing up.
  18. Vaylin will betray her brother and become Empress. Player will be forced to use Valkorion's power to defeat Vaylin, Senya will be present and possibly want to deliver the final blow to Vaylin. Thexan will turn up in Arcann's dungeon of frozen dinners. Valkorion will try to assume direct control.
  19. Oh I'm expecting him and his droid to show up somewhere in the not so distant future. Just need Bowdarr, with a Bowcaster, with David Bowie. It's the holy trinity.
  20. I realize that this suggestion post will follow in the same vain as some of my previous posts but I feel it is somewhat reverent considering the number of companions we can expect to have by the time the story is through. With out ruining the story for anyone, as it stands right now we are the commander of an Alliance that has been created to deal with the threat of the Eternal Empire. We also recruit new allies into the alliance in the form of companions to help strengthen our position. Like some of my previous suggestions, I'd like to propose that a resource management system be added to the game as a way to expand the player's role in their position as commander of the alliance, and additionally to give our companions something to do, since we can only use six for crafting. This feature could center around sending companions on alliance missions to: Collecting salvaging alliance supplies. Obtain technology from ancient empires and civilizations, force using and otherwise. Salvaging and repairing ships and equipment for the alliance to use. Escort or raid local ships to gain allies, or supplies. Collect resources for crafting, valor, and crystals for pve gear. Develop new technologies and upgrades for the alliance. Explore regions of space in search of clues to the origins of the Eternal Fleet. In addition to sending companions out on these special alliance missions. Companions can also be assigned to control vehicles and ships. It would also be fun if the vehicles and ships could be customized with technology and equipment upgrades to improve their performance and success when sent on a mission. E.g. Give Niko command of a Harrower class capital ship, and a small group of various smuggling and support craft. Equip the capital ship and smuggling ships with a cloaking devices and an upgraded hyperdrives, then send Niko on a mission to smuggle a large quantity of supplies and refugees out of a warzone. Mission rewards could include more personnel for the alliance, mounts, titles, pets, and possibly strongholds. Lastly, it would also be fun if the player can opt to participate in the mission for ground assaults on planets throughout the game. Using phased areas, not unlike the star fortresses currently in place. Though it is unlikely, an off the rails space pve system would further augment the experience. *hint hint* To any forum readers, please feel free to add to this idea.
  21. Bioware has made it their mission to prevent your from ascending to the rank of fabulous. They will not enable you!
  22. 5 matches would be a god send. I also hope that in avoiding the recruitment for 4x I will not lock myself out of future companions.
