As with any MMO, you are probably going to see a lot of look-alikes until there is a "wardrobe" type system. The best gear is the best gear, so yes people will wear it. "wardrobe" lets them look different while wearing that gear.

He is responding to someone being a petulant 14 year old child just as he should be scolded. I don't use twitter, but I've seen a ton of posts with Rockjaw complaining outlandishly. Even in customer service, there are times where you have to draw the line.

Heh I actually had a guildmate who played with Tigole in FF (his name was originally Tigolebitties but had to change it for WoW). He was surprised at how calm he kept himself as a MMO rep.

Rockjaw has been hounding him from the first second and being a ******. Customer service only goes so far.

THe problem is that pre-orders do not guarantee you will be able to play on release day unless you ordered through a local store. If you pre-ordered online, who knows? I have been a proponent of CE's getting priority all along because of the exorbitant price tag, but I guess I have to deal with it.

My order is still "In Processing". On top of that, they double-charged me. When I contacted them about it, they gave me the BS about how they run a check when the order is processed and then refund the charge. Both of these were made on the same day (12/12).
