Does anyone know what these are good for? I know the weapon one gives you a level 14 weapon, but the jacket costs 200daily commendations. it has to be useful for somtehing other than wearing for your level 14 character? Does anyone know how these items work? Do they level up or something? Are they suppose to, but bioware failed to implement this?

I have been told and read somewhere that they will increase your experience recieved through legacy. Can anyone elaborate this for me? How much are we talking about? Will leveling up become less of a suicide motive and more joyable? Will this also include through warzones so i dont have to run for 90 hours straight to get to level 50? Please be true.

Vengeance specced. I dont play faceroll rage spec. Almost 40% crit chance and 75% multiplier in crit damage. Hey, Tried out full Rakata in warzone tonight to see any difference, and trust me - it outshines the +13% by an unignorable amount. Bioware, fix this?? Cant believe you havent tested this out yet, game has been out for 3 months already.. And yes, the huge damage increase you get is more important than the survivability you gain from expertise.
