Typing in "LFG FOR DUNGEON X!" is.. 1- Not a "social activity" that will lead to anyone in the run being more talkative or nice. 2- Annoying because there is no GUI to tell us what the ETA is on a run. When you queue and the GUI says "eta 45 mins" thats fine because you know and can continue to quest or pvp while waiting. Standing there typing in LFG for 45 minutes is absolutely hair rippingly frustrating. 3- A lazy excuse for developers to not have to put in a system that is a very basic industry standard, thanks for giving Bioware permission to be lazy. And lastly, if you do not want to use the tool and would rather waste hours of your time standing in the fleet typing in "LF A TANK FOR DUNGEON X" you can do that with or without a LFG tool. But what is the reasoning for trying to block others from enjoying the tool? There is the real question! Why are you trying to stop others from having there enjoyment of the game?!?!?!? It makes 0 logical sense for people to try and block others from having basic MMO tools, its absolutely ridiculous!

The amount of times an instant ability will cause a global cooldown but not actually go off is staggering. Fix this game crushing problem ASAP.

Dont be disapointed, this is only the first tier, and as we have seen from other MMO games, it will change. Maybe tier 3 will be all orange gear, or just mods dropping.

i wanted to bump this to see if anyone knows for sure exactly what accuracy is good for in PVP without any guesses.

As a bounty Hunter I know Im not the only class that has "Accuracy over 100% reduces targets defense". Does that cut into there "expertise" rating? Or make your special attacks hit that much harder? I noticed that alot of my purple pvp sets are loaded with accuracy.

All they have to do is fix the bugs with my Bounty Hunters abilities like Unload continuing to shoot dead bodies after combat has ended and continue to show there dedication to improving the game and Im in.

An option on the PVP GUI to shut off the annoying announcers that play over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, every single match.

Typing in "DPS LFG CADA!" for 40 minutes with no response is not social interaction and the strangers you meet in this fashion have no more of a connection to you than people you meet in the LFG tool, it is not enjoyable, it is not better than a LFG queue system, it definately IS lazyness by the developers not to add one. There is nothing you can say to trump these facts, and these facts are much greater than any reason you can think of not to have one.

The reason they put such a massive amount of stuff in is so you can play however you want.

I mean its fine right now, but a few months down the line, after my 1000th Hutt Ball its gonna get painful to hear. A simple checkbox on the PVP GUI to turn off announcers voice would be a nice feature to add to the low priority to do list.

I was absolutely blown away when I saw NO MENTION! of these issues in the patch notes. For one thing you know for a fact they see these posts on this subject, there has been a lot of talk about it. And two, they didnt fix it in this patch or say anything about it. That can only mean that its a serious problem with the engine, or its going to take a massive amount of work and money to get it right. both of those are bad things. P.S Why is my Bounty Hunters "Unload" ability STILL continuing to fire into dead bodies? its getting old really fast...

This isnt Ninja Gaiden, this game runs on math...if you cant see the math then you are guessing, if you are guessing then you arent really playing the game properly. If you dont want to play the game properly then thats ok, play the way you want. But for someone to WANT to block others from playing the game to its full potential makes no sense, wanting others to suffer for something you dont even care to use is cruel.

I would like if Bioware would add a checkbox to the PVP GUI that said something along the lines of "wait for a non huttball Warzone". I get the idea of Huttball being there for fast queues on servers like mine where the Imperials seems to outnumber the Republic like 4-1. The problem arises when you run 6 or 7 huttballs in a row. I LOVE Alderan and Voidstar, huttball, not so much, and I would rather wait sometimes longer in the queue for one of the "good ones". A checkbox would atleast give people on servers like mine some form of option. When I want to grind I will uncheck it and do 7 Huttballs in a row, but when I just want to PVP for fun I will uncheck it and wait for the much more enjoyable Warzones. Nothing wrong with giving the players some flexible options.

NOTHING! And i mean, absolutely NOTHING is more frustrating, or madening than sitting in the fleet typing DPS LFG FLASHPOINT A for 20 minutes just to find nothing and give up to go back questing. Its the worst feeling in the game that is possible to feel, and an absolute waste of time. how about for every hour people are forced to do that, Stephen reid can pay our monthly fee? Im not paying 15 bucks a month to sit there and stare at my screen for long lengths of time not doing what I want to be doing, its not being social, it lazy developers that cant be bothered to make nice GUI and system for people to use to get a run. get off your lazy bums and make something that causes me to stop having to type LFG blah blah blah in chat for disgusting lengths of time. k thx

Right but you have missed the important part, if you spam it then the ability starts over multiple times and is not going through. See its not just an animation bug, but its actually delaying the ability from happening. Which is a waaay bigger issue than just an animation bug. get it now?

Actually I have noticed the written dialogue when wierd aliens speak stay up for extra long. At first I thought i was lagging while it loads the aliens next sentence, but then I realized they are doing that to give people ample time to read.

I have spent over 2 hours total trying to get a grp for Cada (which I ran with my guild after my quest for it turned grey) and now foundry (now that quest has turned grey aswell). Most people do not use the /who to set a LFG message, I dont even know if most players knew about the feature yet. Bioware please add this to the loading screen help tips. Typing DPS LFG foundry for 2 hours is not fun, its actually miserable and I feel for every hour I have to do this Bioware should pay me 5 bucks, id be getting payed to play instead of wasting my time and money.

Also how about, when I have a stack of something in my bank, and a stack of that same item in my bags and I right click the stack in my bags, why does it not just add it to the stack in my bank? Its a minor thing they can get to later once real problems get fixed, but it is a bit annoying having to manually add the stacks together. Also, I have no idea how to split stacks and I have seen many people asking with no response.

If you mean except for the one where the PVP raid frames completely break and only show half the players, and then stop displaying peoples health almost every WZ? Or except the one where the map on alot of planets will magically just stop displaying where to go permanently so people just have to pvp or something to reach the level required for4 the next planet? Or except the one where your cast bar just magically doesnt appear when casting something? Or the one where people had 3 pending quests and had to stop playing the game for up to 4 days in a row to the point they canceled there account? Or the one where Bounty hunters could get stuck on the Spirit of vengence with a ticket open for up to 10 hours without help and literally just couldnt even play? yea besides those its been great....... Dont get me wrong I love this game and am going to play for a long time, but half the talk all day every day on my vent is about some nearly game breaking bug that someone is running into, granted theres ALOT of people on my vent playing SWTOR, but this game is absolutely riddled with horrible bugs, dont kid youreself into thinking otherwise.

Please ignore these posts, do not cater the game to the lowest common denominator. For skilled gamers its just tough enough to not be a boring mind numbing experience like leveling in most MMO games. I have heard the raids have already been cleared, so if anything this game is way too easy and should be buffed in challenge. If there is nothing tough to overcome then there is no feeling of accomplishment, if there is no feeling of accomplishment then theres no reason to play.

My respec went from 60k back to 900 credits and I was a happy man. Going from dps questing to healing a dungeon, then back to my questing specc was painful to say the least. WTB dual speccing....
