Dear Swtor,
I want to start by saying that I have been a subscriber since launch and really enjoy this game. However, at the end of august, I had lost my credit card and had the bank send me a new one. As soon as I got it I had set up the card to be on my account and assumed my subscription would charge my new card. I had been away for awhile and not able to play Swtor but I wanted to continue my subscription so I could get all the bonuses that you guys are giving out. However upon logging in on the 29th of October when I got back I discovered I was a preferred status player and found that quite weird so I logged in on the website and found that my payment had failed as it tried charging my old card that was canceled even though I thought it was set up to charge my new card. So I bought a new subscription so I could start playing again. I then realized that I would not get the Shae Vizla companion because of this however and I contacted customer service to see what they could do. The customer service agent was very nice and polite but told me that there was nothing he could do but he recommended posting this on the forms so the developers could see and maybe do something about it if enough people responded to this thread. I would like to ask that you allow those who missed the deadline by a few days up to the 31st of October to get this very huge and important companion and also that you increase the transparency when it comes to changing the credit card your subscription is attached to.
