Hello, I have searched the forums and submitted multiple tickets on the following issue: When playing the Onslaught story from Onderon to Mek-Sha (on the Imperial side), once I encounter the Mysterious Assailant the cut scene bugs and freezes. I see my character and companion from a camera angle far away and nothing advances. It simply bugs out. I have played through Onslaught on my Republic toons, so I'm not sure why I am unable to play Imp-side. Some posts state my computer hardware and operating system need to be upgraded. Some posts state this bug has been fixed. yet here I am, subbed, paying money and unable to play through the story... If Bioware can not answer my multiple tickets, does any player out there have a solution? Thank you...

I agree. I am a player (since LAUNCH) and a very active raider that thinks this Galactic Command system is terrible. Each crate I open has a worthless pet, Jawa Junk (that is a tier lower than what a level 70 needs crafted) and a stupid cartel market skin in it. Im a raider. I want gear. I have NO use for pets, junk or dress up... The fact that you have loyal, paying customers who feel so passionate about the game you have created for us. To see it reduced to a casino / cartel crate game is a disgrace to the orginal MMO game. You reward our customers loyalty and currency with repeated slaps in the face. If not for the beloved property (of Star Wars) and the years of enjoyment we have had together, as a community I would not be here. Please give us Legacy-wide Command Rank and reinstate all Operations boss Gear Token drops. That would be a good start to thank your loyal player base, before we all leave...

Dear Eric, The decision to give subscribing players Galactic Command crates RNG raid gear is a horrible idea. Yes, you will have us paying and playing longer trying to get a full set of gear. We know... When we level we get a choice of a gear box of assigned items. Would you consider giving us preset boxes with (example: Boots and Pants. Or 2 relics. Or Belt and Bracers) gear it it? I understand we can craft what we dont get from RNG boxes. But I do not want RNG Command Crates. I want preassigned raid gear boxes. You can keep your mounts, companion gifts, and skins. I want to group up with my guild / friends and RAID. Thank you.

My level 25 Trooper opened the packs to receive boosts, a power crystal, 2 Sorc / Sage armors and 1 Warrior armor. Now, I don't mean to sound unappreciative, but shouldn't I have gotten "Heavy Armor"? Like more geared to my Trooper class? My companions (who are all Havoc Squad) dont wear cloth robes... Jus sayin... Thank you EA / BW, you always know what the players want and deserve...

Dear EA / Bioware and the SWTOR Game Devs, The Light V Dark Event is a nice 5 year anniversary event. It adds player characters to the servers and generally fills up population instances. Grouping and playing through all the wonderfully created content is fun and leveling is super fast. The rewards are crafted in a way where you need to complete both Republic and Empire characters while enjoying all the varied content created over the past 5 years. From Black Talon / Esseless to Revan Reborn. During your last livestream you mentioned rewarding players who have been here for years. Or appreciating players who have all classes. Your concepts of rewarding the "Old" players is skewed and unfathomably wrong. Most of us may request a "retroactive" achievement tracking. But that seems to directly go against the LvD Event entirely. As it is solely geared towards new characters only. I speak only for myself, but I suspect many will agree, that players who have been here pre / post Launch who have subscribed for years deserve something a little more substantial than a neat gold border next to their name. During the livestream I literally yelled at the screen as you were so smug and proud on all you have done to reward the longest playing subscribers. The LvD Event seems very bittersweet to the Endgame community, which you have been either purposefully or unintentionally pushing away from the game. I love video games. And I love Star Wars, so naturally I'll play this game to the fullest. But I play within my means. And I do not contribute anymore than is necessary to the Cartel Market. The cost of a subscription should be enough to develop new playable content. Fancy looking armor, weapons, mounts and luxury items are for those who wish to be more extravagant than I. Please reward subscribers with what they want. Something either unique or have them choose a prize for themselves.

The few guild team raiders play on their scheduled raid days... My guild-masters are the heart and soul of anything fun and productive... And on rare occasions a pug or two can get formed on fleet... But its a select few players who actually organize raids in this game (when I'm online, after work). I try to gather groups, but I simply don't have the patience to "herd cats"... The competent and willing player base has diminished... And with 4.0 who knows? A movie is coming in December... Wonder what will happen with that / RE: players...

I used to report the 3-6 mails per toon a day... I stopped and just let my mailbox fill up. They will eventually get old and deleted...

I like the idea of the more set piece armoring we get the percentage of dps increases... But Its not fancy or flashy nor does it cater to the individual class abilities... Arsenal is fine, but Rail Shot needs to hit harder. Especially when Tracer Lock buffed... The post 3.0 bonus was nice. It was either free or returned heat or critted? I forget. But for a move that is designed to be pivotal in both dps rotations, I feel it is lackluster next to Demo Round / Heatseeker Missle in raw damage... But what I realy want is a buff to the energy / heat costs when playing IO / dot spec... I try to stay on course with my rotation but one AOE or wrong move and my heat is FUBAR. Its tough to recover... And what good is a DPS while auto attacking to regen energy / resources? Survivablity would be nice. But I would lean more to PVP for that... PVE is fine... Even without Kolto Bomb (I still miss you ) A longer cast or wider area of effect to our AOEs sounds nice, but secondary to increased damage and resource management IMO... So Eric, please buff the damage and energy regen of this class. Period.

When I play the new OPs, (TOS Walkers / Underlurker and Ravagers Bulo), my character animations skip and my abilities can be interrupted by my next ability. Sometimes I don't even know if I'm hitting my target... The lag is really bad. I know its the holiday season, but if this is not fixed I know players will leave. 3.0 in general is loaded with bugs... Its just not fun to have a near perfect raid pull, only to get bugged out (Underlurker)... Very frustrating...

I tried TK / lightning. I was doing more damage. But the insta-casts and procs, I felt were kinda clunky or super fast. I honestly dont know how to play the spec correctly enough to be reliable in hardcore raiding. I realy enjoyed the speed and mobility of Madness and Balance. It was fine pre 3.0. Post 3.0, the 180/186 Sage set bonus is broken. My Sorc has 35 meter range? Sage AOE quake is broken... ***? And he draws super aggro in light armor... I get focused all the time... I'm putting this toon on my "mule list". He will be used to farm coms or fill in until they fix the class or I can correctly do the burst rotation... BIOWARE PLEASE FIX this DOT class.

Talk to Automaton in Holocron. Send him an in game mail... He can gladly run you through HE for a price... The guild (6 other players) will follow...

I am getting these mails on all my toons. They are VERY annoying and I always report them...

Yep, I have tried this quest multiple times. With multiple toons. Pub and Imp. Players were helpful by advising us to switch instances. Yet the respawn was extremely long... I completed the quest only once. I've abandoned it all together while leveling...

I use the ability and the sound stops after a second or two... It channels and does damage fine...

The only armor I equip is Legacy. I mix and match from the different reps... With all the toons we can play, I have plenty of alts I can switch gear to... It's all about the Legacy... One class, one set...

Yea, one major drawback of the class. If you can use the benifits of heavy armor, massive DPS and off-healing, you learn to adapt your playstyle and moves... I try to use rapid shots while running. Not only am I constantly adding damage but Im reducing my heat. We get one power that costs no heat to 1 ability. I usually hit that before a Fusion Missle or Death from above. Whatever you have that costs alot of heat, does massive damage and is off cool down... Be careful not to over extend your moves. Its easy to get carried awaya nd blast an enemy. Take your time and space out your heavy damage abilities. Sprinkling in rapid shots while you run... Practice . And patience... Have fun, man!

Hello, I happen to love this class. The heavy armor, healing and massive DPS makes this class a fun and durable part of any raid group... Though I'm happy with most of the powers, I would like an additional jetpack power... A roll / escape / speed in combat would be nice... Our stun-break speed boost is good. But why does just one leg light up with the sparking gear? I have two legs. In a raid I tend not to use the new double missle. It costs to much heat and I can do another power with more damage for the same cost... Our stun dart is cool for trash but I hardly use that in raids as well... And compared to the Sniper / Gunslinger, our second AOE is kinda cheap and fast. The other classes have a nice few seconds of length to them... All in all, I love playing this class. But Im up for anthing that makes it better. Kolto bomb is pure awesome!!!

I wouldnt mind a story about the Emperor. Playing on the Empire side, I thought his role was established but not his ultimate fate... Lets do a quest the find the Emperor. Or stop him from cloning himself on Pubside... The Expanded univerese is so rich with great ideas on characters we all all love... The Dark Empire series showed us that the Sith Emperor could essentially "never die". And it would be fun to try and hunt for him to return to the throne. Or stop him and save a sector... Also the Black Sun and Prince Xizor would be fun, too... Everyone loves the Underworld. And working with or destroying them would be great gaming... Lots of room for quests... The Bounty Hunt Event was a step in the right direction, just a little simple and boring. An entire story revolving around the event would make a great expansion one day...

gotta admit, i cant figure out how to control my 8K Demo Rounds... I understand the 5 stacks of Grav round is down to 1. And now Im trying to stack Charged barrel to 5. But how and when will I know my Demo round will hit that hard? And High Impact bolt hits less? My curtain of fire unloads are streaky, too. My crits will reach 3K but mostly 1.5K. Thats aweful... I gotta learn this new rotaion, or this toon will suck in raids... My crit / surge has dropped ALOT as my health is soaring above 25K... lol Anyone learn any more tips ?

i bought one as well. inheritance helm. utterly useless for me (as i use orange gear)... i agree. buy low level mods and sell them on gtn...
