  1. You would think articles like that would be something someone there at Bioware could do on their Lunch Break.
  2. It happens in all MMO's I've been in...or at least the one's where gear was a thing...City of Heroes was kind of an oddity.
  3. Armor is too expensive. I save my coins for silly things.
  4. ...What? Are you saying you DON'T like pulling the Party Jawa literally out of your pants? I mean, he's an inventory item, that means, there's a Jawa in your backpack or pockets, just waiting for that time to declare Party.
  5. I haven't experienced any Power Creep myself...I still get my *** kicked appropriately in many cases...And we're only one "expansion" on the horizon, so I think we have a while before the Creep takes full effect. And the Creep is part of the makeup. It's gonna happen, the only question is when.
  6. If you read the descriptor in the market window, it'll tell you what kinds of items you're likely to get.
  7. My issue in that is that Armor costs roughly three months worth of monthly stipend, and being a mature, grown adult with responsibilities beyond my gaming, I only ever buy Cartel Coins when there is something I just HAVE to have. The last time I felt that tug, it was the Life Day orb, and that was a mere 90CC out of the 500CC I had at the time. MOST things in the Market are overpriced by my opinion, and I can't fathom, nor desire to spend too much real money, on fake currency, to buy digital goods. I've secured my continued investment in the game with my subscription, so I don't feel obligated to support them further, so the fact that there are those who HAVE bought everything on the market already...To see that much money going to waste (no offense BW)...It makes my head spin... That money could have been used for a plethora of real life things...Care repairs...Rent...Groceries...Things that matter... ... ...Yeah I'm done, got that out of my system...
  8. I won't say no to more polish on what we have. There's so much more they could be doing to make the game we have more enjoyable. As great as the story stuff is, some times I log in, I don't WANT to do Flashpoints or Operations, or the same Black Hole/Section X dailies. I want Pazaak, I want better sitting animations, I want to go fishing (I know I know), I want ship customization, I want speech bubbles, I want all the things we've been clamboring for, and instead we get more Operations. More Flashpoints. More PvP arenas. I feel there is a demographic of SWTOR players that are direly being ignored.
  9. ...If there is someone out there who has spent more than $100 on cartel coins, they have too much money...
  10. I honestly don't see the point other than people looking at my characters underwear.
  11. Well, probably not all that at all... We know three things... 1. Level Cap raised to 55. 2. One new planet, Makeb. 3. No confirmed continuation of class story.
  12. ...What IS that thing on the front? The only possible thing I can think of is that it's a data readout...Like, I dunno, maybe you keep your datapad or holocommunicator in there for hands-free service? Or is it a readout of the armor itself? And if so, why does it have a readout for the armor? What's going on in that armor that requires a readout? Kinda like that little LED on Boba Fetts chestpiece. What does that even do? Or maybe a sandwhich?
  13. Easiest way of going about it... Does the species speak basic? Go with the voices as are. If not, then just have their dialogue be the native gibberish over dialogue. I'm perfectly fine with that.
  14. I honestly haven't stopped once to think about the Financial State of the game. I play it, I derp with my guild, I pay them my $15 a month, I'll spend my monthly cartel coin stipend, and that's pretty much where my relationship with the game ends.
  15. The same reason people like pets and other vanity items. A hard set proof that they did something. Not everything has to be about raids and operations, you know.
  16. A title would be nice. If they'll give us a title for being a Founding member, why NOT for pre-ordering?
  17. Unless there were benefits from it, I don't think attaching a number to a guild would serve any purpose at all other than e-peen.
  18. For only one planet, man...What a waste of a disc.
  19. From my experience, players on the Empire side seem to display a more...Disciplined sort of approach, where the Republic is a lot more loose. Empire-side, we all know that we're ultimately slaves to the Emperor, and we accept that.
  20. Ewoks weren't formally discovered until after the Battle of Yavin. As for Yoda...I wonder if Disney will honor Lucas's desire to keep that secret...? Hm. As for Empire, I would like to see the Voss drop a pair to sign on the with the Empire...If not them, the Trandoshans, for a little extra muscle. ...Plus...Trando Sith Lord? Bad. ***.
  21. Don't forget the part where everything you do comes back to **** you in the *** in some way. And the irrational cast of characters who had their heads so far up their ***, you could play the game as a mass murdering bastard, and still come off as the sanest person in Kirkwall.
  22. What was your favorite part of DA2? The one singular town, the one singular dungeon, the one singular countryside, or the nonsensical storyline that doesn't even bother to have a proper [censored]ing ending?
  23. Hey, if you're entitled to your opinion, I'm entitled to mine. And the axe swings both ways. You're also entitled to my opinion about your opinion, just as much as I'm entitled to yours about mine. This is the way this little circle jerk works. Up until someone's mother gets insulted. Opinions are like *** holes. Everyone has one, and we all suffer when they start to stink.
  24. Well, I don't think we've reached the "Acceptance" part of the Grief cycle. I continue to live by a very staunch "They make it, I play it" philosophy on the grounds of Player and Developer. I don't demand, I contemplate what I don't like, and if I can find a workaround, fine. If not, well...Maybe it'll get fixed. But man...It's a good thing we have the anonymity of the internet here. Things have gotten to a point where if we were all in a room, we'd be choking each other with computer cords.
