  1. 23s come from the Daily Commendation vendor as well. I think armorings from Kephess drops are the only REable Campaign armorings as well, armoring in other drops from the instance are not. Or maybe mods not armorings? Something like that.

What I was stating was for mods only. As for armoring generic non slotted armoring drops from the last boss in OPS. 25s are from HM EV & KP or SM EC. 26s are from HM EC. The non slotted 26s are the only ones that can be RE'd and learned.

Best way to know if you can learn a schematic is by looking at the tool tip when you activate the RE tool. If it says you have a 10% or 20% chance to learn then you can learn if. If it doesn't then you'll only get mats from going through with the RE process.

  2. 23 are Tionese level mods. I don't believe you can craft them.

24 are Columi level mods. You can get BOE schematics to craft these. These drop from hard mode Eternity Vault and Karagga Palace. I've only seen it drop from trash in KP.

25 are Rakata level mods. I don't believe you can craft them.

26 are Black Hole/Campaign level mods. You can learn them by reverse engineering the mods from Black Hole or Campaign gear at a 20% sucess rate.

  3. Yes you need to buy the skill. You'll be able to get it from your trainer at level 25.

Once you get past chapter 1 on your 1st character you'll pick a legacy name and start to earn legacy levels that are share for all characters for that account on that server. Once you get enough levels you'll be able to buy speeder training earlier (rank 1 at 10).

  4. Looks like you guys almost made it to the goal line!

Would of made the goal line but the 1 guy on the other side got off a very nice knockback on a majority of the team.

...Also, was that mission marker always there!?

I remember it being there for a while thought I don't think it always was there.

we had 15 in a voidstar vs 4 imps. It happened when server lagged just as we accepted our queue. Took about 2 minutes to load in and it allowed way to many of us in.

The load of the match didn't seem to be unusual in any way in either prematch lag or extended load time. When it popped there were already 9 in (including me). 4 more staggered in after.

But yes quickest 2 games played for daily ever.

  5. We ran into this all the time prior to 1.3.5. In particular the corner near where you zone into the battle. When we first started on this battle I would keep track (as best as I could) to where the AOE would come next. If it was going to land were the bomber spawned I would push him to a new spot. I tried once to push him into the corner where the ammo sits but the AOE spray still reached there.

Short answer is AOE effect =/= animation.

  6. I've used the proc relic in the past until I saw it on a parse. It only made up a little more that 5k of damage in fights where I did 140k of damage.

War Hero Relic of Boundless Ages gives you 26 bonus damage before you augment it.

Personally I'd stay away from proc relics and mix anything else with the war hero relic (including a second war hero relic).

  7. Cause people are too busy trying to undercut eachother rather than set a fair price. Personally I always look at mat cost before trying to sell an item. If I'd have to sell it at a loss I just don't bother. Enough things out there to make that I don't have to chase a sale just because.
  8. Why would anyone buy a stack off 99 for 80K when they cost 400 each at the crafting vendor? Is it even possible to put them on GTN?

Sucker born every minute. If someone can get 800c for a 400c items, more power to them.

And yes you can put them up. I think it's listed under misc.

  9. The one thing that was brought up in another random thread that I liked was to increase the comm limit for both regular and ranked warzone comms (currently 2000 & 3500). Also lower the valor limit on when you can start converting comms (currently valor 40). This will allow people who PvP a lot while leveling a chance to hit the ground running at level 50 and reduce the gear gap for free pvping level 50s. Recruit gear should be a way for people new to PvP to get started.

Personally even if I get my **** handed to me I don't want to have people who are geared out removed from the general pool. I want the challenge as a casual PvPer and enjoy those times that I get the upper hand on a person who has me out geared.

  10. It is funny how different people have different experiences.

Synth is the least of all money makers for me. I don't even try. It is an essential support skill while leveling alts and I find it invaluable, but not as a source of income. I love the ability to kick out purple augs at about any level and the ability to make kits as well and to keep my guys well armored.

When I list a kit at a few hundred credits below the lowest listing, I find that I can check back in an hour and find twenty or more kits priced below mine. I then eventually get the kits back when my listing expires. I now have a ton of kits at every level sitting in my cargo hold and only make more when I end up with mats from the REing rng exercise. I have found little money to be made in crafted gear and so many many listings that I don't bother to go there. There is probably money to be made in augs, but when I looked at the mats involved (which I can directly sell) and the time and cost involved to get them I was not convinced that after the initial rush there was enough profit there to bother with them. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to revisit augs and check out the pricing and availability. I have a sh@t load of purple slicing tech parts at all levels sitting in my cargo bay and gathering dust.

I can't speak for your server but on mine I started making blue and purple main stat (str, will, cunning, aim) and power augments for all levels that I had (which was a lot). I'm selling those for 30% above mat cost as listed on the GTN. Between all my toons I'll put up between 100-150 at a time, 2 times a week and only get back 10-15 after two days. Those usually sell after a relisting. Also started doing blue & purple barrels & hilts and the small sampling that I've listed so far have sold well.
