i get an average ~25-30 fps. it just takes a while to load things in, other than that it runs fine, and im able to run it on almost all high graphics (with shadows/anti aliasing off, 0 grass/tree quality)

HAHAHA! I would love for you to use a laptop thats not meant for gaming and say that. The SHORTEST time i get for load times is like 1 minute if im loading on to my ship. the longest is a tie between corellia and alderaan where it takes me ~6 minutes

when i start an mmo i try to take crafting skills that will allow me to sell the most raw materials. so on my first character here a long long time ago, i had scav/arch/bioanalysis. in lotro i would take explorer which was a pure gatherer.

its during the downtime that they are checking to make sure everything is working as intended for the changes they implemented. if things dont work on the live servers but did on the test servers then they wont upload that part of the patch. which is why they decided not to release the patch notes until they restore the servers. would it be nice to see the possible changes, yes it would

they used to be different logins for the launcher/forums, then they changed that a while back so its all one login. and no you cannot change your forum handle afaik

They have said this before. They do not post the patch notes ahead of time due to cases where things may be removed they dont want people to get upset over the fact that things were mentioned to be fixed only to be removed from the patch notes.

For the last few toons ive created i take Biochem, Scavenging and Underworld Trade. I stock up on bioanalysis mats on an alt or buy them off the gtn, and i use scav/uwt to send the mats to my cybertech so i can create armorings/mods for them, then i usually strip out enhancements from loot from FPs or get them from planetary comm vendors

I saw Thor 2 last night, and there is a part in which the Dark Elves invade Asgard and it basically looked just like Cinematic "deceived". Anyone else see it and immediately think that it looked just like the part of Return where the ship crashes in the jedi temple and the sith light their sabers and charge out, because thats exactly what it looked like to me except with swords instead of lightsabers

There is no quest chain really. All it is, is you have to go a vendor in the Cartel Bazaar to get a Mercenary Contract then use it. Wallah, treek is unlocked. Then for any alts you just unlock her through the Character Perks tab in the Legacy Panel

maybe we could get something similar to the tauntaun mounts where we have to find some dewbabies to get a mount from tatooine.

there is no difference in the flashpoint if you are the leader or not. being the leader has no effect on the outcome/choices

nope. story wise it doesnt make sense, just because you go light side on a sith empire character does not mean they hate the empire. to give a republic trooper example: a dark side trooper may hurt civilians and shoot anyone to get the mission done to defeat the empire, whereas a light side trooper would not put civilians in harms way but still work to defeat the empire

Do you want to... Heal? then go with Jedi Consular Tank? go with Jedi guardian DPS? go for any. Ranged dps? go for JC (sage), melee dps any JC or JK any advanced class

just an FYI... i was in fleet chat at the moment you were spewing this stuff. and the character that you mentioned (which you spelled wrong, but isnt of importants) was not (nor has ever been) in our guild. we accept pretty much anyone into our guild. also we have a lot of active duty/reservists in our guild. we also have a rule that we will usually kick members out of our guild who have not logged in for at least 30 days (since we continually hit the cap), unless they have something in their guild member note that states why they may have leaves of absences

1: applies to all crafting. 2: presence doesnt affect crafting. only their affection level does (i believe its 1% every 2000 affection) 3: look at 2

adaptive armor is basically just like the orange gear you get from flashpoints in that you can swap out the mods, but adaptive gear is able to be worn at much lower levels and it will act as the highest armor type the character can wear (so on a si it acts as light, on an ia/mara it acts like medium, bh/jug it acts as heavy)
