Logged in this morning, saw in my social bar i had 6 mail items in mailbox (GTN sales). however when i went up to the mailbox all my mail was gone including the saved mail from character creation. so i also lost out on my sales. i tried relogging, tried rebooting, just seeing if anyone else has experienced this this morning

would love to be able to spin multiple coins at a time... spin 50 or 100 at once. it takes forever to crank through kingpins and then to get more from emperor gah!

You can claim a few characters from the terminal. there will be the room ( where you can click on the datapad if you level up hyla, the voss, aygo, ogoogab's influence). Starting in the southwest room (i think hyla's room), go north a bit, you'll see the tiny room just up on the left. in there is the 4 companion holopad, right across from it is the terminal, it doesnt have any label on it, but right click it anyways. you can reclaim ones you may have lost and kotet kotfe comps(also works if you killed a comp). so it wont change any stories but you can still use them as an active companion or for crafting

So as a Sith Inq. i had a few level 50 comps which then i started KotFE... was i stupid in doing this and lost my khem forever? i got my xalek and talos back (no ashara or khem though)

put the companion into passive mode. should help reduce the number of times it bugs out

So for Jedi Knights you want to build up your Focus. Force leap in, then you want to use a couple skills that will give you focus to use. Im not familiiar on JK skill names but the SW is the exact same. So a basic rotation at least for my SW which is a juggernaut > Force charge, AOE that gives rage, skill that adds rage, adds rage. force scream, ravage, etc. I essentially want my skill that adds the most rage to always be on cooldown so i wont run out of rage. once youre higher up in level youll have a hard time not having enough since your passive abilities will earn you focus as you fight

there are a couple oohs and ahhs that you will come across in flashpoints

I like having the ability of being able to stealth by groups i dont want to fight, and want to have this character be mainly a dps class. So with stealth in mind, i'm narrowed down to either Operative or an Assassin. The key thing i want to do with this class is dps, though i'm content having to go tank or heal with either class.

maybe he was trying to do BT Hardmode which is not level 10

I like the 12x xp boost because it allows me to play the class story without having to the planetary quests that i have already done on alts countless times

Try out different trees. Im pretty sure subscribers get free respecs

i've only done two flashpoints, other than that i've been doing only the class quests. Atm im level 38, with a level 36 quest, i've always been a couple levels ahead of the quest level

seriously.. Thats the only way i use the GTN if im searching for a specific material, i'll just buy the lowest cost per unit stacks

When the game first launched. i created an excel sheet the first few weeks to see how worth slicing really was. you could do something similar and create a column for crits and a column for non-crits. then add up the number of the times you get crits.. but really its probably just the RNG

it takes a while for the whole bar to fill up with rested xp so if you are only resting like one day you wont have that much saved up. It takes i think close to 5 days to have a full bar of rested xp which will last quite a while

You can have any combo of crafting skills for a total of 3 skills on a character: -up to one crafting skill -up to 3 gathering -up to 3 mission skills You could start with less, if you are doing your own resource gathering. the only thing that would be costly will be the mission skills since you cant harvest those out in the wild.

Exit the game, and relaunch it again, it should put you to subscriber status in game

basically in essence this Legends stuff is like the Abrams Star Trek compared to the old star trek stuff. Anything that happened in the books set after ROTJ is now part of the original timeline of Star Trek, and the movies will be like the point where the romulans went back in time and created a new timeline

just because the EU is not canon does not mean that the characters within will not be used. basically they CAN take elements from the EU books, its just that the movies wont mirror the books
