Date Night having just come out recently and my own wishes got me wondering if anyone else has particular NPCs they wish their characters could romance (any NPC, regardless of class or role). For me, I like to think of my Nautolan SW as being with Vette and my Rattataki IA being with Kaliyo but unfortunately can't make it happen in the game itself because both characters are women and neither Vette nor Kaliyo have same sex romances as of now.

Having played another game... can confirm this is just another obnoxious thing people do in MMOs in general..... also this same thing with spamming duel invites... I have to keep these things permanently off

I'm struggling with this one RN, been trying to overlevel. Approaching 30 now.

I don't mean it's super easy to just pick up IRL, just that in a world like that of Star Wars it's not that much of a stretch. As in, suspension of disbelief. Though hard IRL, I don't find it hard to think a bunch of aliens constantly traveling the galaxy, fighting with swords with blades made of laser, moving stuff with the Force, Jedi mind tricks, etc. maybe could do it. I'm not referring to real life. I'm referring to Star Wars and what I think seems plausible within the piece of media, especially given the many instances we've seen.

In a world like that of SW, I don't think it's much of a stretch for a lot of people to pick up a handful of but not all languages in various ways (translators, education, interacting with speakers, etc.), especially when it comes to languages of species that understand basic but physically can't speak it due to different vocal chords and other anatomy. After all, Han understands Chewie and Greedo and they understand him. Anakin always understood R2 and Hera and her family understand Chopper (and Ezra starts picking it up over time).

Yeah, also happens in DCUO, which I play, so I think this is an issue MMOs in general have that could really use some innovation. Not only in terms of making it hard to see anything in particular but also things like colorblindness, epilepsy, TBI, sensory issues, and so on. I really hope we see some progress on this front in general soon.

Best guess for the reason of the change is images being so big unless you specifically make them not so. (Was gonna put collages I made of each of my characters for the two factions in mine or in my bio but saw I can't, dunno if there's a "post your characters" thread) Dunno for the icons thing, maybe some code thing in the links?

If we got more species I think Lasat characters would be fun to make. Chagrian, Devaronian, and Trandoshin could also be fun.

So they go into your mail if you don't claim them before the season ends? How do you know which character gets the mail or is it just the first one you log into?

I really want the Loth-Cat in the Galactic Seasons but there's no way I'll get to level 83 before it ends now (I'm on 43 RN). Does anyone have any idea if it will be on the vendor that sells previous GS stuff?
