I'm halfway into the recruitment process for Pax Imperius and it's been worth it. Although it does still hurt when I go to sit down, and my eyes have finally adjusted to the light, since they've let me out of my cage. But what do you expect when you join such a potent force in the Sith Empire. There's so much you can do, lots of PvE and PvP. Recently, the guild launched its awesome flagship. So we often meet up on it before we all drop down onto the planet that it's orbiting and help out on the Conquest system. Pax Imperius is always near the top of the leaderboard. My fellow guild members are a great bunch of people, with funny accents, and I'm always felt welcomed by them. Give us a shot!

Like what? I swear the devs don't do PvP, and just love doing raids together, were CC is a great boon.

These two things should ease the CC rage we all feel. 1. CC breaker cooldown reduced to 30sec. 2. CC breaker resets on respawn. Nothing worse than being CC'd to death, respawning and watching that 2 minute timer ticking slowly down. 2 mins IS A LONG TIME in PvP.

This is happening a lot lately.... Alderaan WarZone Thank you to the two numpties who always head to the right hand node at the start of the match without mentioning it beforehand... and getting killed in moments. Thereby leaving only 3/4 guys heading to oblivion in the middle.

TL;DR version = I'm a lousy player who needs macros. Please enable macros Bioware for kids like me. Millions of players using macros huh? Maybe in other games. Get rid of your crutches and learn to play the game like the majority of us do. It's not going to hurt.

What went wrong? The gear-grinding, PvP averse, WoW idiots that infest this game ruined it. First time I arrived at Ilum, having just dinged R50, I went to the middle objective and climbed up on a rock overlooking the centre. Whilst stealthed, I watched 6 players from either sides riding around in circles looking for crates. I asked in chat why no-one fights and someone replied that there was sort of a gentlemen's agreement to leave each other be and just collect the crates for the Dailies/Weeklies. Plus, if you did get fights, 6v6 turned into a slide show! I played WAR with 48v48 and had no problems. Why haven't they fixed it? Wrong game/player-base if you're looking for good PvP. People here want more dungeons and crap. Guess where development goes?

Yup, I bought one pack and got some crappy crafting materials. That's me done with buying any of those again. I'm just going to stick to useful single items like the Life Orb.

Do you really need/want the physical key? If you've got a smartphone you can download the SWTORSK app to use instead.

Another bitter vet back briefly to cash in on Cartel Coins. Not surprised to see the awful resolve system still the same. Can't have... *STUNNED*... the irritating 'elite' WoW players... *PULLED*.... let anyone else... *IMMOBILISED*... do something unscripted against them. But of course this game isn't serious about PvP. I'm just back to finish the class quests. Now which 2 classes to choose to finish...?

I haven't played for nearly a month. Came back last night to see what 1.2 was all about and whilst I fiddled around trying to get my UI back to the way it was, I queued for a WZ. Alderaan WZ popped and I went in. 5 minutes in, I run to the East point where 1 guy was asking for help. I saw him fighting a Smuggler, who started doing a runner. I cut him off and jumped the Smuggler. This Smuggler was on about 10% health. I couldn't stun him, only snare him. As he's running away, with MYSELF and 2 other guys from my team hitting him, his health goes something like.... 10% 5% 25% 40% 75% No-one else around him to heal him, I could just see him popping stims/health packs. I said "Shovel this!" and quit game. TTK is rediculous in this game.

Look at the 3 awesome cinematics they made. Most of the time it's lame looking Jedis getting skewered by Darth Malgus. Can't believe no-one at BW piped up and said, "... shouldn't we have some Sith being sliced and diced for a change?..." As for open world PvP. If the game engine starts getting laggy when only playing 12v12, I wouldn't hold your hopes up.

This game is like Bubblegum. Amazing and juicy at first, but then later on (hitting Rank 50) it becomes tasteless, repetitive and boring. ROLL ON GW2!!!

Sure will, can't wait to play games where I'M in control of my toon. Definitely worth paying x amount of $ a month to control my character. Oh wait..... GW2 won't have a monthly sub!

At least in WAR I have control of my character! That is the WORSE thing any game can do, prevent you from having control of your character for any extended tine. BIG DIFFERENCE to this crap we have here.

Joined in on the pre-release. Enjoyed it at the start. Dinged R50. Instantly the game lost its lustre. Just had a TON OF FUN playing Warhammer Online's endless free trial. Back and forth endless PvP fun. Sure it's only Tier 1, but it's SO MUCH fun compared to this POS. Thought I'd try SWTOR one last time. Can't get the enthusiasm to play nowadays. Join a WZ, Void Star. Start the game... ...Stunned..... wait till stun ends. ...chase after someone, pop out of stealth... STUNNED AGAIN... ...resolve bar STILL not filled, wait to use CC removal skill.... ...stun ends, fight for 5 seconds... STUNNED AGAIN... ...Use my CC removal skill.... ...no immunity, 2 seconds later, STUNNED again.... Quit game, surf YouTube. Since release, BW have done jack to CC. REDONKULOUS! Try WAR's endless free trial, then come back to this POS. WAR maybe in caretaker mode, but at least I have control of my character for +95% of the time I play. GG SWTOR, roll on GW 2!
