They just did, they announced the ranked season will be extended until the expansion comes out, which is on February. I was really mistaken about asking Bioware to be actually competent. I guess I wont ever get that.

Like the tittle says, please dont delay the end of ranked season. Past year, the season was extended due to the Austin storm, which we all understood. This time there is no excuse to delay the end of the ranked season, since it was announced already. Since this is a competition, you should stick to the end date that you already set up. Is not fair for anybody that participated on ranked season that you guys delay the end of it, because you couldnt do the work in time. You can bring preseason already or variety of solutions. I hope you do the right call this time.

I did, and its more common that what people think. Unfortunately, the devs seems to be sleeping, multiple reports have been sent, about cheating and also wintrading. His own dev on theorycrafter discord openly recognizes the wintrading going on, and still not a single wintrader that has been reported has been banned. Like they recognize cheating and then they dont take actions? EA must be extremely happy about this...

I would be like "cool" with what you think, except that If thats why they dont ban wintraders/cheaters, just remove the mode. Although, I think specially the "cheating" aspect of this game could be in regs as well, and they wouldnt care anyway. Like I said before in this topic, a known speedhacker is around, even when the devs watched his videos. And the person is around, playing ranked like nothing is happening, and also regs. I personally think that is more the people they lose cause the lack of actions and attention than the small group of cheaters/wintraders that have been around forever, buying new accounts, coming back to the game and doing exactly the same for what they were banned. In the end, is bad publicity for the company to tolerate this behavior and not "policing" their own terms of service.

I quoted this to show you how Bioware lies to us everyday. This was on September...and everything is worse than ever: Toxicity, wintrade, cheat...Chris recognized, for example, on the theorycrafters discord that galactic seasons did not include ranked because the wintrade that was happening. And also, videos of a speedhackers that he saw, as well. And guess what, even when that has been happening for, at least, 6 months, NOTHING has been done. Its hilarious that they said to us that breaking the ToS is being scalated to more severe actioning, and literally they are doing NOTHING.

I totally agree with all that you said. Also Bioware, and specifically the dev that saw the proofs about certain person speedhacking, has seen the reports about the wintrading happening on Satele Shan from part of the Educated Squad core - who are permanent banned-, plus another players from "Manjolorians" guild. It is really embarassing for a company like this to tolerate all of this to happen. I think the amount of people that they lose because this cheaters is WAY more than the really little group cheating/wintrading - who are permanent banned for a reason-. And if you are unable to ban or take actions, then just cancel any competitive mode. Its really a shame the way this has been tolerated until this days...

I can say this: Is not only on toxicity that devs are not taking actions. I am a Pvper, and there is a known person speedhacking, which has been demonstrated with different videos on the Theorycrafters discord, and also were sent to Biochris. And there has been no action against this person, who is also permanent banned. Same thing with wintraders in Ranked, multiple proofs have been shown to the devs, and they havent take actions. I think the game, particulary in this aspect, is in the worst place I have ever seen it.

They are losing more people because the inaction. And in that case, its people that played according to the rules. But yea, makes lot of sense to keep the ones that are breaking the rules, right?

What about banning the wintrading happening on Satele Shan server? Many reports have been sent, videos have been published, and literally nothing has happened. Whats the point on having a ranked season, when this wintrade affects people that are trying to do it in a legitimate way. We have been waiting enough time, and nothing is being done by devs or customer service. You guys published an email to send the proofs -pvpreports- , and they have been sent long time ago. In my eyes, seems like devs in this devs encourage cheating and wintrading by doing nothing when this is reported.

I agree with the main idea. In fact, some people unsub for the lack of content and also the feeling of being cheated. Wintrading has been a huge issue, and they are not stopping it at all, they encorauge wintrading now, since there are literally no actions taken for the longest time I have seen. Its really sad the state of it. You pay to receive content/support. And talking specifically about support, which includes reports, is just not working. When you see people cheating and playing like nothing for a year straight, you feel like you are in the wrong game.

I mean, is not only the players that are saying wintrading is happening btw, even the devs recognized it openly. Like someone said, there are PLENTY of wintraders around, specially on SS. You want to know why ranked wasnt included on galactic seasons? Because, like Chris said, wintrade is happening WAY TOO MUCH right now. Thats not what players think, is what devs said. Toxiciy and harassment is worse than ever. I have been reporting two guys, specifically, and my whole server had as well, and the "worst" that thye havent been banned even once, which is absolutely lame, even showed screenshots for life threats and more. "Legacy Ignore Currently the game supports character-based ignore lists, but not Legacy-wide ignore, meaning harassers could just create another character and persist in ruining the experience for another player. In Game Update 6.1.4 we are updating the Ignore list to ignore an entire Legacy. If you add a player to this list, it will apply to every character they create in their Legacy. It will behave very similarly to the current Ignore list, with the addition of not allowing an Ignored Legacy into your Personal Stronghold" This tool I think was a good idea with bad implementation. First of all, this guys that can be harassing you can know exactly all your characters by legacy ignoring you. You legacy ignore them, and since they have more than one accounts, because they are ban evaders, or at least most of them in my server, they can come back with one of their multiple accounts and harass you again. Once you legacy ignore, it shouldnt show the legacy name of the ignored people. This was an absolute lie. The in game reports are on the worse state ever, for both harassment and wintrading. Specially about wintrading/cheating, they have been zero actions for the longest time I have ever seen. I dont know if there is a problem with you guys, or specifically customer service, but there has been an absolute lack of actions taken from Bioware against the ToS offenders.

I can only tell you this, the wintrade in solos specially on SS is literally out of control. Some people here, specially Prum (septru), are absolutely obsessed about solos, at the point of trying to get a known streamer to interview him, because he was permanent banned from the game for wintrading. I wouldnt worry about what he tells you, I would just keep trying, obviously improving by asking people, trying to get better at your class. The fact that some people gets so salty because newbies play solos is not your fault, is a game design issue, because not a single person that tries ranked for the first time should be against/with top tier players. Obviously if you go against them, you will be demolished. If you go to Overwatch and play competitive with no rating against top tier players, you wont be able to get out of the respawn area. As I said, here the guilt is on the devs by 1) Not having brackets in solos 2) Not banning any wintrader 3) Allowing known cheaters to keep playing the game. Oh, and btw this cheaters are the ones that wants you out of the queue, for them to control the queue.
