  1. Agreed wholeheartedly with all these suggestions. Especially regarding the amount of contracts we earn and the fact that there isn't much of a climax or culminating part of the event is also a downer in my opinion. An operation or some event-exclusive heroic mission would definitely make it more interesting, perhaps one involving the Mandalorians given their close ties to the Bounty Hunting profession. They could do something similar to the Dantooine event where there's more of a story mission to it that you can do if you've progressed your playthrough far enough like past Onslaught or something and you're called in by your faction to deal with some issue as the Alliance Commander
  2. Interesting. Either way they should have a more concrete status for the Hutts, given their amount of power. They've practically disappeared except for a minor reference in Onslaught during Mek-Sha
  3. Around when should we expect this update to release in terms of the time of the year?
  4. SPOILERS So as of the end of the Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion, the Hutt Cartel was definitely allied with the Republic, albeit reluctantly (it's official enough that there's even a lore entry about it). However, we hear almost nothing about them except it seems they're acting on their own and even teaming up with the Exchange during the Mek-Sha storyline in Onslaught. Did the alliance end off-screen or is there somethin else going on?
  5. Actually Boss Immunity guarantees they can't be stunned but in some cases their attacks can still be interrupted. I know this from experience.
  6. Fair enough but in my experience, players are better off using hit-and-run tactics with this boss
  7. CORRECTION: the entry "Mutant Colicoid" is a hard-to-obtain bestiary entry that is Imperial-only. There is a separate entry under "species" category for "Colicoid" which for some reason is only obtainable for Republic side but it registers as obtainable for the Imperial side, which means it is probably bugged. Likewise there is one entry missing on Republic Balmorra that I've never found but I'm convinced they forgot to list Grandfather (the World Boss) as Imperial-only.
  8. I'm hoping that from the new flashpoint we'll encounter the Laigreks, the giant bugs from KOTOR II which infested the enclave and possibly we'd get a laigrek pet and/or mount. Definitely looking forward to the added KOTOR nostalgia with the enclave. I'm especially hoping they include something like a holocron or message left behind by Meetra Surik's padawans (Atton Rand, Brianna, Misas Varr, Mira, Mical) from KOTOR II since she left them on Dantooine before departing to join Revan and we've seen nothing of them so far in this game. All we're told vaguely is that they end up re-establishing the Jedi Order but we're told little else.
  9. Interesting. I find this acceptable. I was hoping in the very least to have something like an FP or phased mission that included the enclave ruins. Definitely hyped for the KOTOR II nostalgia
  10. This of course will depend on the capabilities of your class, but in my experience, this strategy is universal (although it takes a while). Set Senya to heal. Always keep the GEMINI captain in a corner of the room. Avoid attacking and keep her focused on Senya who can hold her own most of the time, and stay on the adjacent corner behind one of the ledges that juts out from the wall, so you can avoid the ranged attacks. After she finishes her AoE attack and her focus attack where the red beams/line markers show up, attack her until she charges up her AoE, then run back to cover. After this cycle, the captain will appear with 3 other decoys in the center who have extremely lethal attacks. Look quickly to check which of them is the real one (the only one showing damage in the health bar), and kill all three decoys ASAP or they will quickly kill Senya. Once all three decoys are dead, run to a nearby corner of the room, keep the captain anchored there, and repeat the cycle a few times. Once she's down to 10-25% HP, activate Heroic Moment, rush in and use all heavy damage moves (basically use every damage move possible that's charged up) and don't let up until she's defeated. Another option is to buy a Commander's Compendium from the Cartel Market and use it to automatically upgrade Senya to lvl 50 influence, which greatly improve her combat and healing abilities. It's technically cheating but I'd do it on my other toons if I get that far since I've already done this battle the hard way twice
  11. The Dantooine map should be made bigger so that we can explore the Jedi Enclave ruins or at least have it as a phased area to access for certain missions. There should be some lore as well as achievements to uncover there and perhaps some additional daily missions to run on a more regular basis. It'd be cool to deal with and fight the Laigreks, the giant insect species native the underground parts of Dantooine that appeared in KOTOR II and overran the area after it was bombed by Darth Malak before. Based on the scene we also saw on Dantooine where Aryn Leneer sensed that Malgus was coming, it'd be interesting to see an epic showdown between her and Malgus in the Enclave ruins. Additional Rewards: Laigrek pet and/or mount
  12. Interesting and definitely a good theory. Perhaps they're sharing a body? It could be that Vaylin is manipulating her and so Syl possibly has this "you left me for dead so I want revenge" attitude, similar to Lord Vivicar and Terrak Morrhage I'm the Consular story.
  13. Okay so hear me out--we should have an expansion that takes place on the planet Dathomir. If I recall at this point in history, the Dathomir witches (founded later by a fallen Jedi) hadn't yet been established. However according to the comic series 'Dawn of the Jedi,' which the game borrows from heavily for lore, the planet was originally the home of the Kwa, an ancient species of blue reptilians who lived over 100,000 yrs ago and whose society was as ancient as the Gree. They were the ones who first discovered the Force and trained the Rakata in it, to whom they also gave much of their technology and it ended up backfiring on them due to the Rakatas' dark-side imbalance and tendencies. One of their main technologies which the Rakata never were able to replicate was the Infinity Gates, portals powered by the Force which enabled travel between worlds which were strong in the Force. The Kwa successfully destroyed nearly all of them in the wake of the rise of the Infinite Empire. However, we could have a storyline where rumors of a powerful central Infinity Gate exist on Dathomir, one which enables travel to any force-strong world in the galaxy. Perhaps we could have it so that the Imps and Pubs both hear about and travel to the planet to search for the gate to control and possibly use it to their advantage. The Kwa are mostly gone by now and their descendants have degenerated into the Kwi, who are only semi-sentient at best and are largely dinosaur-like animals for the most part. Perhaps the end mission or final battle could culminate in a Flashpoint. This planet is also the native home of rancors, which it would be interesting to see in large sprawling numbers Daily Rewards: Kwi mount
  14. Any of those would be interesting honestly. Kashykk in particular just seems like its overdue since this is one of the few star wars games where that planet doesn't somehow appear
  15. Still the overall idea I'm proposing would definitely be worthwhile to make into an expansion in the future, especially one which focuses on the slave trade and those issues more. I never said including Kolovish was a definite *must*
  16. they never confirmed that her membership in the Star Cabal was made public or that every single person in it was exposed. Especially given she's living in some remote backwater settlement on Tython, they could easily miss her. Plus she's not the official political leader of Kalikori Village so it's mainly the Twileks there plus some Padawans who've met her. The Imp Agent dismantled the Star Cabal in a secret imperial operation that for all we know, the Republic didn't do as much to unravel and there's probably a good chance she escaped justice
  17. I’ve had an idea for a while now which I had previously posted on, but I figured I’d elaborate on it some more here. It involves a potential story-line expansion regarding the Intergalactic Slave Trade, which for much of the game has been a side-issue. It should include the following: Planets: Kashykk (Wookies) Ryloth (Twi’leks) Story: involve the Zygerrian Slave Empire (the slave-trading feline species from the Clone Wars) and possibly the Hutt Cartel working together to expand their slave-trading operations. The CW episodes featuring the Zygerrians were aired before the Disney takeover, so purists shouldn’t have an issue with this. Republic Side: The Pubs were in an alliance with the Hutt Cartel so this could possibly be in the balance due to their practice of slavery. This side should involve pro-slavery Senator Doli-Bur Barc from the Coruscant side-quest who was illegally trafficking in slave collar chips and trying to make deals to legalize slavery in the Republic. You could choose to either help or officially prosecute him and he could be trying to still legalize slavery to improve relations w/ the Hutts Imperial Side: Due to the Empire’s increasingly open policies toward aliens, they could be trying to make a deal with the currently neutral Zygerrians that forms an Alliance and strengthens their slave workforce. For both sides on Ryloth, possibly involve the Twi'lek leader Kolovish from Tython as a more major character and have her return there Rewards for completing Dailies: Blurrg Mount, because, why not (Ryloth) Katarn Mount (Kashykk, reptomammal creatures that Wookies used as mounts)
  18. Okay so what's your reasoning for this plausibility that Vaylin will steal someone else's body? I'm curious to hear why it'd be the redhead specifically
  19. There should be a new expansion involving the slave trade and they should add the planets Kashykk and Ryloth since those are major sources of Wookie and Twi'lek slaves, respectively. It should involve the the Zygerrian Slave Empire (from the Clone Wars) as well. It'd be interesting to see the Zygerrians since in Clone Wars it said they'd been dealing in slaves for thousands of years. I seem to recall those episodes were aired before the Disney takeover so it wouldn't be considered including "Disney content" either. Storylines could be the following 1) Republic: possible tries to free these planets due to resources there and/or ideal positions for trade as well as diplomacy. In this we could possibly see Senator Barc (the pro-slavery senator from the Coruscant side-quest) get exposed and making deals under the table to legalize slavery, which is what he was doing in the quest before. 2) Empire: possibly tries to make diplomatic and/or slave trade deal w/ Zygerrians who could be neutral at this point. But are open to trade deals and/or alliances. Please share your thoughts
  20. I could understand if it was like that for some of them but even the more human-sized ones don't have armor slots
  21. Most people probably aren't aware of this, but we are unable to equip armor or change the appearance of the six companions whom we recruit from the Star Fortress missions. Please add armor slots to these characters, as I have wanted to change the look/aesthetic of my comps to give them more interesting outfits. As of right now, we can only change their weapons.
  22. I would agree that the theory about her stealing the redhead's body is most likely wishful thinking. My main point is that Vaylin will either finally come to peace somehow and be one with the Force or will attempt to take over the Outlander's body and be destroyed like her father was. Either way I'm convinced we haven't seen the last of her yet, especially after the email from Senya and also how paranoid the force enclave is becoming in Valkorion's absence, I would argue there's high potential for this foreshadowing another showdown with Vaylin on her own terms without her father or anyone else being an issue so it will be interesting if that happens.
  23. I hope TVV is gone permanently as well, for the record. EoO itself was reaching somewhat and I felt they were trying to just find an excuse to bring him back and have some final "closure". I'm just saying I wonder if their worries are in some ways pointing to an eventual return of Vaylin who could be the real threat while TVV himself is actually gone. Also Satele Shan never met Vaylin herself, so the Vaylin we met in her head couldn't have been based simply off memories of her. She was powerful enough in the Force that she could've lived on, even TVV was wary of her.
  24. I am aware that for every faction with which you can gain reputation points, has a weekly "reputation cap" which you cannot exceed until the following tuesday. Some of these factions can only have points gained or earned for them during missions specific to week-long events which come and go. I know that we at least used to be able to save surplus trophies which we could then activate once the event was over so we could continue to grow in reputation with a given faction. My question is, are we still able to do this or are we only able to activate the trophies and gain reputation points when the event is on or will it work to activate the leftover trophies once things are reset? I am asking specifically because I am trying to unlock an item on Dantooine (the Ugnaught companion contract) which requires "Legend" rank with Dantooine forces but I have reached my reputation cap (currently at "Hero" rank with them but halfway to reaching "Champion" rank). However I have an additional two weeks worth of trophies which I am planning to activate once the event ends and things reset. Will that work or will I need to save the trophies until the event happens again?
