Damn, BW Devs... fix this already. What do you get paid for?

Forgive me but I just wanted to start a new thread here because I couldn't find the right one... The issue with the Agent story where you cant continue the missions due to being stuck in a cinematic that doesn't move forward is STILL HAPPENING. Dont tell me to change my graphics setting or anything else... that is a copout. It is not an end user issue as all other class missions on other classes work just fine with the highest settings... could the devs fix this already.... it has been long enough, I think.

This issue is STILL HAPPENING and that fix isn't working... the customer service agent suggested it when it happened the first time... they need to just fix this issue instead of feeding us "enduser issue" garbage... if you dont know, devs, then say you dont know FFS!

Okay, so adjusting for any time zones... and the fact that, usually, the maintenance time ends relatively early most times... we are still waiting 30 minute + past the maintenance window. I am really hoping beyond hope that you all are able to have all the bugs from this back end fix scrubbed before letting us back in... that's why it's late, right? ...please say yes...

Just wanted to know... are we going to see a fix for this anytime soon? It's 1150 in the am PST and I still cant get logged into Star Forge server. Sometimes I can get to char selection screen then get kicked ... now there is a queue of 630.
