Tank mostly for my main. Im a burst dps operative. I have enough heals to save myself if im losing HP. If im soloing group content I take heals though. One of my probes, usually H2WF or the simple probe droid. Not sure what to take for my sin tank alt though, lvl 30 and i alternate dps or heals

Kaliyo was the most heartbreaking for me... Because I wanted to quit when I thought she was the only agent companion I would get back. She is the only one I actively hated. Her try-hard, 19year old girl's idea of a "dark twisted soul who done been hurt too many times" personslity sucks and it's played out. I miss Vector and Temple the most. Scorpio and Doc were cool too. To be fair, I played LS and the ******** Kaliyo would ***** or disapprove everytime I did something that was decent or even marginally not ******. She's such an immature version of "cool. Dark. Confliced". Thats my only real opinion on the reunions as of now lol. Im on ch10, trying to get all the alliance stuff done, so maybe I'll get the companions I like back. I already got doc back. Hes my second least favorite ahead of Kaliyo, but the gap is massive. I like him. I just like the others more.

As of now it seems H2WF is an exceptional healer and QO-77 is quality DPS if you like the droids. The T41D seems good at tanking and DPS.

GOD I wish we got Temple or Vector back early instead of Kaliyo. Temple is the best of the "boring main LS love interest chick" (Vette, Mako, Kira, Gray haired young woman, Risha, and so on) by being one of the very few who aren't actually boring on closer inspection. Hang me if you must butI think uncomplicated or faux-antihero chars are boring even if they are yas "queen girl power" types, same standard as male chars. She may be sickeningly sweet and innocent at first but she reveals herself to be an inherently good person who is a product of the empire/sith...judging by how she handles her familial situation. The juxtaposition is interesting and gives her actual depth as opposed to the "shes a rowdy smuggler who steals thing but DONT WORRY she is also the goodest goody girl deep down" so common with the archetype. Vector would be the male version of that without his "friends", but having the most LS companion for agent being a guy who's sharing his mind with a hive of killik's makes him inherently interesting as a moral compass. This is a situation where making someone the moral compass makes them MORE interesting...you wouldn't expect bug man to be the "good guy" of the team. Kaliyo just sucks. Shes a try-hard edgelord with all the complexity of an average minded "dark" HS/college girl reaching to appear deep and conflicted. She's the most boring version of her archetype and it seems the writing tries to make an overtly awful person sympathetic "cuz she was hurt whaaaa so it's kinda understandable, right?!" I love scorpio because she is evil and doesnt pretend to be anything but a malevolent being. Shes pretty funny at times too. Id have been happy never getting Kaliyo back to get temple and/vector earlier but at least she looks kind of cool I guess.

"Idiots" is a bit much... At least an idiot can act in other's interest if it also benefits them. The people who undercut by 25%, 33% , 50% or more are far worse than idiots. They're adjectives I wouldn't use in this setting to avoid potentially shaking someone. If you've been playing more than a week and you undercut the lowest price by such a margin you shouldn't be allowed to operate a computer or go to the bathroom by yourself...far too dangerous. Undercutting someone by a credit is annoying as **** but it is fair game. If you spend real money to get packs and therefore decimate an item's price, you are the worst type of thing that can play mmos. The level of simplicity required in a brain to earnestly do that is astounding. To be fair, I'm an idiot in most regards. I am oblivious to lots and my common sense is pretty poor....I could never use such a minorly offensive term to describe the simple mindedness lf these people. If youre selling a pet or mount on the GTN for like 50k, HOW?? HOW is it even worth the effort of clicking? I really put the extra effort to avoid spending real money. I cannot fathom the weaselly, wormy person's mind who bothers even posting something only to undercut the price by 50%. It's such a wormy, gross move. Also, everyone who does that is a virgin and fat and bad at gaming. Also ugly. And a racist. And a pathetic misogynist or milquetoast feminist...whichever offends you more. Nothing in games has ever made me throw my hands up in disbelief at people's short sighted nature and their ability to damage a virtual economy for like, basically zero reward. If you spend real money and do that, have some respect for those who don't cave into weak, incompetent BS. If not out of respect, have a shred of self interest and charge what something is worth!

I'm kinda with the early replies on this matter.... I try to avoid buying cc's on principle and on how bioware acts...as well as early on I bought cc's, never got them. Despite steam having a record of the purchase being the final one on that day, bioware just didn't have it on their ledger. Sent screenshots to customer service half a dozen times, was ignored for a few days. Then I would get the same preprogrammed response telling me to send screenshots. Eventually I gave up when the final email said there was something wrong with the screenshots even though i painstakingly made 100% they fit the requirements. Should be simple, but bioware seems to hire based on incompetence and willingness to be slimey...so instead I leave bad reviews for all bioware products, games, services, etc...I also have zero qualms about screwing then in any way. If i didnt have time invested in swtor as well as a decent guild I'd have moved to GW2 full time. Should be simple...two of the screenshots should be enough. One shows final purchase of the day on steam being the missing cc's. The second shows the final purchase of the day being the previous one from steam, both include next day purchase to show one wasnt taken earlier... So forgive the verbose complaint, but because of that experience I generally avoid ccs and I have never purchased a specific item, especially not legendary ripoff dyes. Id consider if it wasnt a one time thing but even 600 is laughable. What they charge for black/black is insulting. Ill just continue to rip on the company on every platform i begin using Based on that experience

I know this is a bit dated, a year after the original thread but I find that I leveled past my class story by belsavis. Sure, I did an FP here and there but by now I haven't even done 1/3 of them. I've been playing for two weeks and started a new LS operative. I genuinely wanted to do many of the planet stories but I also didn't wanna be lvl 75 by Voss. I did some....Belsavis is a must do on empire (dreadlords) and I did some of the earlier planets before I realized I was shooting up too fast. It has made everything so easy. To be fair, I think the lethality and concealment trees are wildly powerful at this time...but the only time I died in the entire game (aside from FPs) was during the HK questline, when you're wrapping up and on the way into activate HK (I don't wanna spoil it, not that it's really important or anything). Idk, so I guess an updated answer is if you want to stay at a levrl where things will be any kind of challenge, JUST do the class stories.

Well, if it's true that they only remove their helms in scenes that could include a kiss, my char is a real ***** degenerate. He just married Miss Temple and now he is in a helmet-less scene with Dr Lokin and Vector...I wonder when the kissin' and the smoochin between these three will begin? Seriously , they should really add the option. I tend to use N eyepatch in some form on my main guy and other companions use stuff it's be weird to remove at times. I'd happily endure some awkward helmet bump kisses to get my eye patch to stay on...it makes it seem like my char is an awful hipster only wearing it for the style instead of necessity. That eye CLEARLY works, yet no one has called him out on it. A strange quirk for a generally serious toned imperial agent.

I returned to the game recently with a few thousnmd cartel coins I'd amassed when I played before, I never spend money so I got them in game and had ignored em...this time I got a few mount packs and got very lucky on my 2nd one, I got the jetpack with the 3rd+4th thruster flourish. Love that... As far as standard mounts go, I really love the Razorlon(-don?) Fc-1...just goes well with my Agent. As does the Walkhar Omen...neither are super expensive either, few million each. They go great with my Chiss Operative. Big fan of the Hutt Cartel Skiff too, just for the flourish that plays the Cantina song.
