  1. I like your sage/marauder combo, and in fact you can make the marauder's animations more like the sentienel's if you pick the carnage spec. which is the one i main in my warrior (who is mostly Light Sided), it still looks like a dark sided style but much more refined and it's also really fun to use the aclaricity boosts that make your character attack faster. Also the balance spec for the sage is also rather gray as it has damage over time which deals with mind-crushing abilities.
  2. Ok, i see people are having problems with this patch, but personally i experienced no difference, and i'm saying this as someone who is playing on an all-in-one PC that is barely clinging to life and i play on the lowest settings possible because it can't handle the medium and higher settings. yet it's working the same as it was in 7.3. For context i play the steam version.
  3. Nah, there's a charm to the repeated idle convos, if i click on Theron and i hear a robotic abomination of a voice trying to sound like Theron would (which will likely be a caricature of his own character as most character AI's have shown to be), instead of "Vacation, i just love the sound of the word... Vacaaationn" then i will be very, very sad, and fearful of the future of humanity.
  4. It's the "conversation depth of field" option, it has always been there it's just that the effect it has is now different. more realistic.
  5. It is possible that Zildrog was always in Medriaas, and it was placed there by the species that created Iokath, eventually, after the Iokath natives destroy themselves and leave Zildrog abandoned on the distant planet, the old Sith Empire colonizes Medriaas, and the Sith Lords govern it without realizing of the presence of the superweapon, after Tenebrae kills Dramath, we know he spent 100 years as content ruler of the planet, removed from larger Sith politics, in this time period is when he dives deep into Dark Side lore and designs his plot to do the ritual to become immortal, so i think it's reasonable to say that in those 100 years of study he found Zildrog, which he used to enact the ritual (hence why Zildrog speaks about "consuming the world"). Once he became immortal and able to force-drain entire planets on his own (like what we saw in Ziost) he didin't need Zildrog anymore for that purpose, but he still further investigated where it came from, which uncovered the history of the creators of Zildrog and the Gravestone, so he started looking for it to complete the set, to be able to use Zildrog to it's full potential, while he seems to have been unsuccessful in finding it, he definetly discovered Zakuul in the 300 years that followed his fight with Revan, which tells us that he did find out in which planet it was and likely more about the history of Iokath and it's creators, which is why, after creating the new society of the Eternal Empire, he used the Scions to find the other lost Iokath superweapon: the Eternal Fleet. I am unsure if he actually found the planet itself, as the Zakuulans seem unaware of Iokath prior to KOTET, but he definetly knew about the history of the superweapons, and in fact that Zildrog was in Medriaas makes perfect sense as to why he would find Zakuul, following the trail of the "other half" of the weapon, this theory lines up perfectly with Tenebrae's periods of inactivity from the Sith Empire.
  6. Yeah, also siding with the Republic on Iokath always makes more sense than siding with Acina if you accepted her offer during KOTET, she betrayed us and now she asks for our help? lol. It doesn't matter how much the main character is against the Republic, Acina has proven that she is not trustworthy as an ally, getting rid of her is the best option possible.
  7. Greetings! I make this post to speak out on this idea i had for a long time, the legacy family tree is sorely lacking in variety, you can only have three relationships per character at most (not counting children), two characters who are listed as children of two different characters can't have a relationship (like rivals, allies, etc.) at the same time as being connected to their parents, the position of certain characters can make connecting them impossible (if for example they are too far away), it is also impossible to list two characters as the parents of another, you can only make them look like the child of 1, which i don't understand since it is one of the most basic traits of a family tree. I know most players don't care about the family tree option of the legacy, but i know there's a big portion of the more story and role-playing focused players that will definetly love an improvement for the tree, and i really like the option because it helps me flesh out each character in my legacy and how i play them in the stories, as well as letting me enrich my personal headcanon for how the story of swtor happens and how it connects to the rest of the EU. It should be a simple change, too, i don't see why the few resources the dev team has would be a good excuse, this would likely cost very few money.
  8. Personally i think Jadus coming back makes much more sense than bringing back Malgus, there's much more story opportunities with Jadus and he was a loose end, but i guess Malgus is more marketable and has more of a connection with all the other classes that aren't agents, and maybe the reason they never actually brought him back was that they feared comitting to a single story path for him (as he would have to have a set fate back in chapter one if he was faced by the other classes, which could be awkward). Still, i think the story potential and freshness of him becoming the new main bad guy outweighs the problems.
  9. I support this, the Twi'lek options in the game right now are very limited, considering how varied their species can be.
  10. How? They are both happy and consenting of the relationship, they clearly love each other to the point of defying taboo, and it's no creepier than romancing your own Padawan, that's for sure
  11. Anyone from any species can become a Mandalorian, it's a culture that encourages everyone to embrace it, and there have been plenty of Zabrak Mandalorians in the past.
  12. I fully agree, making new models for these characters to fit the BT criteria just makes them look wrong, just look at what they did to poor Senya, i legitimately could not stand to watch her in that model, it's too creepy.
  13. I just wanted to thank the devs for making my dream of a Khem Val romance a reality :D yeah, i know i'm some years late but i wasn't subbed then since i'm broke, but better late than never! I was so happy when i saw my boy again, though he seems to have... grown a bit :rak_wink: compared to his vanilla model, but i don't mind, in fact i think i like him better this way, but i wonder if he grew in-universe or it was just a design thing. Thanks for Khem Val <3.
