    No, you can pick up Scar Tissue for 4% damage reduction. Better than both.

     

    Nothing should be on us long enough to allow a passive damage reduction buff to become more useful than either of the two. It's a pvp talent, imo.

    My order still says the 16th but there is no shipping information. But I honestly don't really care as long as I can get it by the 20th.

     

    You'll be getting it soon. The emails are pretty backlogged. Got my shipping notice like an hour ago but it had technically left their facility 4 hours earlier.

    I got it when I hade issues with Anarchy Online the first year. But now its 2011 and even the Beta test was fine. They know how many preorders they have. They know how many units of the game they shipped. This hould not happen.

     

    I think I know a great deal of this genera. I have played every big on and a lot of smaller ones. From Eve Online to Wow. I started playing this genera when it was new with Meridian 59 and Ultima Online. So I know the problems this type of games have had.

     

    But if you look back to newer MMOs servers issues isnt one of them. So keep your snide comment to yourself.

     

    This is just as annoying as when you get a "server full" message when you bought a game from steam and try to download it.

     

    No MMO has ever launched with this many people. EVER. The fact that the servers are all standing is a testament to their power. And they're getting upgraded again before launch.

    Yeah, this sucks. You pay for something and they only have a handfull of servers. If you ship x numbers of games you better make sure those x numbers of persons can play! Im on Freedon Nadd server. I picked it because it had low traffic before.

     

    You know nothing about the MMO genre, and it shows.

    You paid for the physical contents of the CE, not the merchant. Don't imagine otherwise.

     

    Are you filtering the merchant by usable items? Chances are it might show only for your current class.

    Why the buff to flash grenade? It's a long cd and only 8 second effect from the talent only functional against trash. That vs 4% less damage taken all the time seems pretty silly.

     

    4% self damage reduction for all enemies vs 1.7% ((8/90)20) per person all parties damage reduction not effective against bosses (immune to the blind effect).

     

    Bosses are not immune to accuracy penalties. They're immune to being flash banged, which means they won't get the talent effect.
