  1. Thank you all for your kind replies. I dont think there is any other solution then to not stream this with music. I do understand the copyright stuff, i am a musician but i dont understand if you buy a game, you pay for it every month, you PROMOTE it, that they are still being a **** about copyrights. If i was the owner of Star Wars i would let streamers promote my product. This can only benefit sales. This is just stupid imo. But again thank you for all the good advise i will stream without music then, Its doesnt feel like its complete but there is no other choice
  2. Hello! I am a content creator on twitch and i play SWTOR daily and stream it. However the past few weeks there seems to be a problem. My streams are being muted. I wanted to do some good dutch content for this awesome game and play ALL the storylines again from the start so i could explain players and potential new players how it works and get them aquainted with the game. Now my streams are being muted, because at the beginning you hear the STAR WARS THEME. Why is this? this is totally ruining my streams and also it prevents me from being a good content creator and offer solid content for this game. Is there anything that can be done about it?   3. Hello everyone!! I have been playing SWTOR for a long time now and it occurs to me that subscribers still have CAPS on certain things. Why?? I think subscribers should NOT have any caps on things. They PAY for this game to play it and to have all the amenities. I do understand that you put caps on F2P and prefs, to motivate them to go sub, but to limit subscribers ( the ones that are actually paying and keeping this game alive) is rediculous. I dont think its fair to those who pay real life money for it and then not get what they are promised; FULL ACCES to the game and its content. Please REMOVE the cap for us! We are paying for the continuance of this game. We are paying your salary! At least respect us and give us what is promised.
  4. Well first off, i hope youre NOT my mom, or me and my dad would have to have a very good long chat..... hahahaha Ok but serious now... You are obviously a more experienced player then i am. And i will assume you are right here. I mostly like the RolePlay aspect of it and not so the combat. It kinda gets old if you had all classes And i play healer in operative. so maybe that has also something to do with it, the not doing much damage i mean? So best thing for damage is?..... ( in your opinion?) And thx for replying and explaining i appreciate it. As for the OP, i think that a bug report wont do any good in this case.
  5. YES, shotgun hahaha. And i am playing with an operative. And its not only happening with the shotgun. Also when i thow a handgranade at people, they dont take damage. And i dont think its a buff or anything. It seems VERY unlikely to me that when you approach an enemy, you throw a grenade at him and then directly shoot him in the face with a shotgun, that he takes no damage? thats not right, mate. And it happens to various NPC's from various levels. My gear level is up to date. Every time i can, i go to the fleet do add new mods. So that cant be it either............. And the fact that you say that its mechanics doesnt make ANY sense as a hand granade is very powerful and does a lot of damage ( normally) So why put in handgrenades, if they dont work?
  6. I have seen the same thing,..... Sometines i throw a grenade at npc's, walk up to them and shoot them wth a shotgun, and NOTHING happens. they take no damage at all. (they do however shoot at me and i take damage) it is very frustrating to see that when u shoot at someone heavily, that there is NO DAMAGE. Is this what you mean? if so please let me know so i can support your case and will also send a ticket for a bug report. I hope it gets solved for you (and for me too!! )
  7. Hmmm yes you have a point there. But as for warzones, (you have to leave the spawn area) So, it does not mean the sniper cannot be harmed. On the controary, An operative/assasin/sage can easily go invisible and take care of the sniper. The cool thing about an operative (for example) is that you dont see him and then.... bam!! backstab.... and you never know what hit ya until it is to late) Plus in PvP, IF you have a good team you know in advance what ya gonna do right? (when i play PvP and that doesnt happen often, i do it wth a group of friends, voice contact on DC and able to handle any scenario so when theres a sniper, send the assasin and the operative and finish that mofo it will only take 2 seconds for him to die (and thats faster and deadlier then any sniper shot) As for NPC's i never cared for the fairness towards NPCs to be honest. I have multiple experiences that even they cheat their way out of a quick death (by not taking damage while they are being naded, shot at wth a shotgun from close range etc etc)
  8. FIrst off, thank you so much for all the replies,.... Always love to know what other people think. And wether i agree or not, i value all your inputs. So here is a serious question; I see some people say, " it would break the game" In what way will it break the game?
  9. Dear EA/Bioware, First off, i want to say that i am very dissapointed with my second class: Sniper. When i chose this spec, it was said that "a sniper can take out targets from a great range!" Well, idk what you think a great range is, but its not 30 meters The sniper has the same range as an operative or trooper with an assault rifle. Now i am stuck wth specs that i CANNOT change anymore.... because if i could, i would love to change it back to trooper or merc. (my first spec is operative) Now i understand this is a game and you cannot give snipers a 1 to 1,5 miles range. Its to far but the range they have now is rediculous and has assult rifle or buck shot shotgun all over it. There is nothing sniper about it!! It is very dissapointing. Give the players at least 50-100 meters to play with. Give the players at least the FEELING that they are a sniper. And give them what you PROMISE them when you promote the sniper spec. (again:) "a sniper can take out targets from a great range!" Giving the sniper players that feeling, that range would be AMAZING in the single player game. It will enable us to take the high ground, while we send out companion out to attack (ctrl+1) on one or more NPC's and you can actually have that great kick, that great feeling of BANG!!! your dead!! It wont have any negative effect on PvP because as far as i have seen not many sniper players do PvP since the range is waaay to short and it actually makes a sniper very VERY volnurable. Now lets say you add the new range, but you are affraid that people will go in sniper groups in PvP? Problem can be solved; Allow only ONE sniper in a team (so it stays fair for everyone) Apart from this, i LOVE SWTOR!!! i really do. I have been playing it since 2015 and its the ONLY Star Wars MMO game that is actually a lot of fun. (sorry i think Battlefront is just way to limited....) Its truly my most favorite game and i do hope that we will be able to play it many many years from now!! ♥ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, BITTE BITTE, SIL VOUX PLAIS, ALSJEBLIEF ( and some other languages....) consider giving the snipers a 50-100 meters (max!) range. It would make us so much better. And to the readers: what do you think of this idea? to give the snipers a greater range? Do you think it would enhance our gameplay? or that it would giveus the "feeling of being a sniper", or do you think its a bad idea?
