I'm not sure when this started but I've been have this issue for weeks. The base stat of weapon accuracy and damage comes up to 0. I'm fairly convinced it is negative affecting by dps, even though my toon is an immortal juggernaut. I once summitted a ticket to customer service, however they've said they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I report this as a bug (which I'm doing now). Anything will help at this point.
