  1. Bounty Hunter: Joan Jett "Bad Reputation" Agent: Guns N Roses "Get In The Ring" Slinger: Ennio Morricone "Ecstasy Of Gold" Assassin: Slayer "Raining Blood" Sorcerer: Frank Sinatra "My Way" Trooper: Infectious Grooves: "Punk It Up"
  2. And it's people like that who push people away from even wanting to try a WZ
  3. I contend it has more to do with the toxic players/community than it does with a person's subscription status.
  4. I'm curious, what will happen if the cross faction doesn't yield the results the players want? Will you guys then cry for cross server; another server merge?
  5. Another thing I have thought of in regards to U.S. servers. If west coast servers merge, PVE and PVP where does the lonely little RP server BC go? Same for the east coast. I ask Bioware if they do this make each play style have their own server. 1 PVE 1 PVP 1 RP done n dunn
  6. With a server merge comes other inherent problems. For instance, there are no guarantees of increased pops for any group activities. 30 minute or more queues may still continue. And what about the quality of the players migrating over? You could very well be teamed up with more "bads" or AFKers. It's in the realm of possibility. Will those people in the pro merge crowd be back on these forums screaming about how bad those "refugees" are? Food for thought
  7. Thank you for finally willing to hear out pleas. I was beginning to think the GSF pilots are the redheaded stepchildren of the game. Adding the tier 1 gunship and bomber to the hangar did help to bring new players in. However, a new ship does not make a pilot. Learning curve is steep for new pilots coming off PVE and the tutorial is quite lacking. It's a sink or swim proposition in which new folks decide it's not worth it after being blown out of the sky 10,20 or more times. I know I was flustered at first but I like a challenge on occasion. I think a more comprehensive tutorial, possibly with NPC opponents will help them realized exactly what GSF is. Wish we had an extra minute or 2 before matches to go over strategies with our team based on who's opposing us. Not everyone is using team speak or any voice chat. Hard as heck to type n fly. It would help the new pilots know who to be a wingman for and what to do over all. Giving new people a real fighting chance. Matchmaker just out right sucks. When I notice it's heavily one sided and my team can clearly handle it, I just flutter about doing what I can to be annoying. We need a better system overall. Based on a medal system or time in the cockpit. Something just to balance out matches to make them competitive and fun. I'd love to see a legacy hangar system, faction based would be fine. It would be cool if the hangar was interactive liken the hangars on the fleet. Between matches my toon could clean the carbon scoring off her freshly painted ship. New maps of course. For vet pilots, we know the lay of the land. It can become boring to know there's a piece of space junk coming and need to strafe left. Maybe a trench run or bombing an outpost on some distant planet. And new swag. I have capped my fleet commendations and there's nothing the vendors have that I want nor need. Perhaps selling personalized paint jobs. Think WWII bombers (Memphis Belle) and the like. Would be neat to have decals that expressed our individual tastes. I know wishful thinking but I'm tossing it out there.
  8. I get that server populations are low, some people like it that way. For me it was a conscious decision to stay where I am. Seems to me those who desire the mergers don't want to pony up the CC to move. They would rather have Bioware handle it for them. Thus, forcing people like me off "my reservation". Simply put, S**T or get off the pot.
  9. I've read a few pages of this discussion and boy it's getting ugly here. Enhance your calm folks not worth getting all grrrrr over. I do have a question that has plagued me. For all those pro merger people, why don't you just move to a server that serves your needs? Last time I checked, cost of transfer wasn't that pricey.
  10. I appreciate you folks coming out to help. I gave CS a jingle. Turns out there is a known bug (was totally unknown to me and my pals) that if you do xfer a toon while they are in their stronghold, it causes the hiccup I was having. After a lengthy phone conversation and bounced from person to person, they got it fixed. Everything is right as rain now. Thanks again everyone
  11. Yesterday I did a server transfer for one character. I have yet to be able to log in on the designated server (Harbinger). I can log into my other toons there and on other servers just fine. It just happens to be the one I spent CC on for the transfer. The load screen bar stops at half way while the circular icon on the right spins. But it gets no where fast. I have reset my router and modem, restarted my PC, and not sure what more to do. I have sent a ticket in to CS for what good that will do. Almost 24 hours later not a peep from them. So, I call upon my fellow warriors out there with any solutions for help.
  12. Took us 5 resets before Aggy decided to finally give up and die. A frustrating bug
  13. Happened to me/us....My guild typically uses set for OP when grouping. Changing back to regular group fixed it for us.
  14. I'm betting your right. Nothing on the books for a while, so pacify us with a grind from hell. That should keep us "happy" for a bit, right?
  15. Today I leveled up in my Galactic Command. I did not, repeat NOT receive a crate for my efforts. I logged out and back in thinking maybe there was a glitch, but nope...nodda..zilch..zip. nyet. nothing. I have submitted a ticket and hope this gets rectified PDQ. If the grind isn't bad enough, not getting the reward is disappointing.
  16. OK, I'm too lazy to look this up in every thread, so pardon me if this has been brought up elsewhere. A million apologies. Long ago... on a desk top in my office ...I used to be able to craft MK-10 augments. Sometime after it was decided that MK-8 was sufficient. OK so I craft my MK-8s with glee until 4.0. Low and behold now we can craft MK-9s. So back to the drawing board and re craft everything. Now I noticed MK-10s are trainable again. WTH Bioware? This is just plain stupid. Did you guys turn over crafting abilities to Jar Jar? I would love to know the reasoning behind this. You take em away just to bring 'em back and make us sink credits into training, mats and what not. Why?
  17. The best thing I got from this event has been more sleep. Less time playing since I'm not interested in getting a new companion I will never use.
