Low-effort troll. 0/10. It doesn't matter how well you know your class. Ungrouped without reliable heals you are up the creek without a paddle in some areas. I have done all those heroics easily before the expansion. But hey, tell you what, you do the Blackhole heroic ungrouped on a squishy below 80 with the way companions are now, and upload a clip of it, hmmmm? Because I am certain you are an expert in any class, and it is all about being gud and not in the least about broken level scaling, broken companions, pruned abilities and randomly tuned enemies. Sure.

Yup they are broken, especially on heals. My DPS sorc died so many times on the Black Hole heroic it's ridiculous, because the comp couldn't even begin to keep up. Or on the bloody Taris pirate heroic. I guess it's intentional so we are forced to group for virtually everything. And to make things even more fun, they nerf sorc heals some more. But I suppose somewhere some pvpers are happy, or something.

I did and they were not. Anyway which character would they be mailed to anyway, since those rewards are not character specific... I dropped a mail to the support address, but I'm not overly optimistic

So. I came back after a while and completed the first set of login rewards 3 days ago (Aggressive Negotiations). I only ever claimed the first couple of rewards since I wanted all on one character. I was logged in, doing things, and the day rolled over, and it switched to the next set (Strength in allies). With apparently no way to claim the rewards from the previous tier, no warning, nothing. I opened a ticket and was answered by someone who clearly had no idea what I was talking about, gave me a canned reply of checking mail on all characters since missed rewards are mailed, and the ticket was closed. So....am I SOL there, or has this happened to anyone else and there is some solution?

Maybe the extract didn't work in March, I wouldn't know, I had him there since kotfe dropped. But I know that my character had him out as a companion not too long ago. So that changed recently. The only reason I am still subscribed is cosmetics (I build models of the things I like, characters, ships, pets) and some old achievements, since the whole gear nonsense got way past the time I can spend on a game. There is little enough left that is just fun and not grind there. This seriously makes me want to uninstall.

So when precisely did they decide to fix the groundbreaking, game-destroying bug where you could nope out of the first chapter of kotfe and keep Marr as a companion? Whose stellar idea was it to priorize that bug? Given that I kept a copy of my main character from that point in time for precisely that reason, I am more than just a little pissed off. Game has more bugs than a mattress from a low-class motel, but they fix one that is actually fun. Is that the point there, sucking what enjoyment is left out of this game? (The bug hunting fix is another that comes to mind) Yeah. I hope they are really, really proud of themselves there.

At least you can get a group. I just asked on rep side on DM. Got informed that since I already am a sub and can have XP boosts and the DvL armour, leveling is too fast as it is and I am wrong if I want to level any faster than I do with grinding heroics. Apparently by general consensus I'm doing it wrong )

I have lag without high ping on the single character I had standing around on Tatooine trying to do heroics as well. Companion dying from fall damage out of nowhere, unable to Force charge to target and only leaping halfway, ability lag. I think I said that before. It's not constant, but bad enough that trying anything more complicated than heroics is useless. I'm not the only one who reported that, so your attempt at trying to pin this to a SH-only issue is probably both late and invalid. Well, I'm done with this until it's confirmed to be fixed.

That. You do load testing on databases or websites the same way, lots of clients with generated or recorded data hitting the system at the same time. User testing, what happened on the PTS, that's just UA testing, for functionality you'd have difficulties properly describing in an algorithm. Both is needed and is rather normal for any system really. Would surprise me if this wasn't done here at all. Or maybe not that surprising.

Speak for yourself. I cannot leave my SH. If I do I get dropped to character selection with a prompter telling me my characters are unavailable due to maintenance. I can log in though. But since all of mine are always parked at SHs... I would not grade this a minor, cosmetic issue.

Apparently you haven't read through this thread before feeling obliged to tell everyone they're doing it wrong. The lag is not only in SHs, you can have ability lag and other weirdness anywhere.

Well. My SH on NS is missing its cargo hold, legacy storage and mailbox. I would go to fleet, but the lag is so bad that I don't think there is much use. Also, my chat tabs have still yesterday's messages in despite game restart. I am not sure whether to laugh or cry.

I get so much lag on SF, I can't even do emotes without a 5 sec delay....

Hehehe. I'm currently making the Fury and the Mantis. Might consider the agent's ship, too, I'm not too fond of the design of the others. I'll post images, the two models are done and just need painting, so probably after next weekend.

I took that somewhat serious until your alcoholic remark. If not for that, I would have taken the time to describe how I do that heroic on a healing-spec sage. Not going to bother now. Seriously, calm down. It's some new drama every few days when you needlessly attack random other players because your favourite companion isn't back yet or you failed to read a message in context or dissed someone else's choice of companion/LI/whatever just because. It's becoming tiresome. Oh, what the hell. That heroic. Don't pull the room, whittle the groups down one by one. CC one target, kite the second a bit away, then take it down with your comp, then go for the CCed one. Stun. CC. Pull heroic moment if you have to. I mostly play sages, the only toon I ever had difficulty with that heroic was an underleveled, badly geared combat medic, whose class I never learned to play properly, so that was entirely my own fault. And even then it was doable, just a PITA to kill the mobs slowly.

Not bad, but I think you should turn up the insulted tone some more, it's not entirely convincing yet. In the unlikely case you are serious - you have been ignoring any arguments so far, called people selfish and whatnot if they didn't adhere to what you think the "right " way to play should be, and are now surprised that after I don't know how many pages worth of back and forth they lost their patience? I find that hard to take serious.
