  1. It cost me 400 million to buy this mount. I too activated it and paid to add it to collections. The day after I paid, I tried to get it for my alts and it was totally gone...no warning whatsoever. I have not yet received the 400 cc refund either. It's been one full year since this happened. There should have been some kind of follow up from Jackie by now? If Bioware cannot determine who activated it, then at least reimburse those (us) that are concerned about it. Give us a code number that maybe we can use as "redeem a code" and the credit can go through?? Open for suggestions on how to credit those affected.
  2. I miss him too. I've been collecting the sets to complete my reputation. I hope he returns soon. From what I read, the sets are still supposed to be avail from the vendors, but won't be carrying the stats. To me that still means "collectable" ?
  3. I too have invested a great deal of credits to obtain this mount. It was showing in collections but wasn't on sale in the market (which was pulled). I found one (and only one), on the GTN for 300 million. I bought it but could not open it in collections for my other chars. I also couldn't pay the cartel coins to make it legacy wide. The collections window no longer displays this mount, but at one time it showed as " collected". I hope when this mount is fixed, it automatically goes back into my collections as " purchased".
  4. Hello, I'm STILL stuck. When I uploaded the patch from Wed. I was able to login in past the character screen. I logged in today, and it's broken again, the patch wasn't permanent. This has been a full 7 days of not being able to play. I contacted customer service from the character screen, I've heard nothing back. Please fix this?????
  5. hello, I can see a huge list of bugs with story content, but what about the logging issue so many of us have had. am I the only one out of hundreds that cannot login past the character screen? all my chars are still greyed out, says they are not avail, and that small patch screen is still up top, saying i can play & the download will continue...which it doesn't....it's broken at zero. IT"S BEEN 5 DAYS since i downloaded that 6.2 content, and I've wasted nearly a weeks worth of subscription waiting for this to get resolved. removing bit raider does nothing, trying to use Steam does nothing. I have commitments to conquest and other players, and I've left them hanging because I've been away for 5 days. what's going on? Is this being worked on even? I've seen replies on every issue/bug for 6.2 except this one. Please do something, or at least advise how to get in there if you have fixed it. It's unplayable still!!
  6. this is day 3 for me on shut down! no word from the devs.....nice even if they said.... we know this is a problem and we're working on it, hang in there... nope nothing not even acknowledgement of all the people unable to log in. I hope they intend to extend all the events for those that cannot even get in to play. if you're working on it and you're baffled, at least tell us your trying! your silence is only angering players give us some hope this will be up and running soon.
  7. It's bug which they are aware of, just haven't fixed it yet. Been trying for 2 days...nothing. I've launched this game from Steam and it makes no difference. Still can't access the character screen. Just waiting for repair. Theres threads on this under DEV tracker & general discussion.
  8. It's one thing that the new content is bugged and has messed up other missions/stories, but I would like to at least log in so I can play at least the old stuff or take part in the festivities. If new content cannot be playable to certain "issues" then just don't play until it's fixed. Can you at least make the log-in issue a priority? 2 days now, and I just tried again 5 mins ago...nothing.
  9. Same here for me. Shortly after install, went the entire day without being able to play. I'm in day 2 now and still isn't fixed missing all the login rewards and new activities
  10. I feel the same way too, I'm also a solo player. I took my Lightning Sorc to Korriban. She is lvl 70 with a 50 companion. She is totally geared in 252 Ossus gear. It took almost 25 seconds to take down the large Klorrslug, and even the small ones were tougher. I went to the 2nd heroic and even Lord Sundar was a chore. Also the YELLOW enemies come from nowhere and mob you. Yellow aren't supposed to react at all, but now they do. So you fight the 2 guards at the front, take out the 2 at the stairs, and all the droids come out and attack at the same time. Lord Sundar would take about 5 sec to kill, he is now 10 sec plus his mob of droids randomly come alive too. The 2 simplest heroics in game, now take a lot longer and much more effort to complete. Regular content for pve is much more time consuming and harder ; npc's are tougher, you and your comp are nerfed...not fun at all
  11. To: Nightblazer As you stated in your thread, we are "forced" to select 3 to move to the next tier, that's confirmed and I agree with that statement. What HoloTweed and I are saying, is with this new change, you cannot just simply put back the 8 utilities you had before. It's now impossible. They kept the original utilities, but have moved them into tiers that cannot be accessed. One ability I had was moved to the second tier. I cannot access that now, because I already picked my 3. I'm suggesting to keep the 3 tiers, but have open access to the abilities you once had, with NO restriction. Choose the 8 that you want, from any tier that you want. The way it's set up now, I'm only getting 4-5 of those original choices, and I can't kill anything now without a major struggle. Like HoloTweed, I want access to all of my previous choices with no sacrifices.
  12. I am having the same issue on the utilities and not happy with the sacrifices I have to make. First of all, I have always had 8 utilities, not 6 as mentioned in the update. Unless I was totally oblivious to you guys removing 2 of them. Once they are set, I don't go back to check. So with this new 3 tier option, I cannot select the 8 choices I had before, because the utilities themselves have been moved into diff categories. A tier will not open/highlight, unless you select 3 choices. That leaves us to only make choices of 3 - 3 - 2 . I have no issue with only having 3 tiers, but your options should be open to what YOU want to pick. I may want 4 - 0 - 4 or 3 - 4 - 1 Could you please change it so it is an OPEN option? I have nearly 60 toons running around with no utilities.
  13. Thank you for the suggestion, I will give it a try. I have the capability to increase the graphics (good graphics card), but I have the graphics lowered because its almost impossible to play the game on high resolution. The lag gets pretty bad. It's worth a try anyway, thanks.
  14. This is a new addition to the Cartel Market and is advertised on the log-in screen. This item, though very new, is defective and does not do what was intended. 1500 cartel coins is a lot to spend on a single small weapon. I bought it because of it's visual AND sound effects. There is no "flash" from the gun, and there are no "clips" falling at discharge. This is acting exactly as a Normal pistol would perform. Just simple pew,pew.pew, nothing else. I even changed out different crystals, it didn't matter. Could you please look into having the "sound and picture" corrected, I'm dying to use these. Thank you! If anyone wants a more thorough look, they have it on Tor fashion.complete with sound.
  15. Hello All, Would it be possible to change the format in which players contribute to conquest? As it stands now, all conquest contributions (completing missions), with the guild and character rewards, they are all setup as account /legacy wide. This is not practical with those that have multiple chars. All the quests that are setup as "one time" only (operation/world bosses, base raids,some crafting), cannot be repeated by anyone,any time after the initial completion. I may be totally wrong about this, but I could swear,that in the past (mid 2017) that it was setup as "guild" related. I say this because I've been (and still am) in multiple guilds. There was a time I had to make notes on paper to keep track of which char was doing which guild and which side(Imp or Pub). Now that this has been changed (in my mind at least) it is now impossible to contribute to any guild on any side now that the ONE character has done so. This is (to me) unacceptable as it is so unfair to me, but more so, the guilds. I cannot participate because those "one-time" quests have been filled, and the guild cannot receive their conquest points. I can fore go my personal rewards if I have to, but what's the point in spending hours/days on these conquests and not be rewarded for you and the guild. Many times a guild Leader will suggest doing a raid with a group and I'm thinking why bother? Neither one of us is getting anything out of this. So to sum things up, I would like to see the Conquests set up to reward people and the guild "by the guild". That way when we help out Guild #1, Guild #2,3,4 etc will get their rewards separately as well. By referring to Guild I mean that includes the sister guild as well. Most have 2 for Imperial and Republic. If you have character A on the pub side, he completes 3-4 of those "one-timers", then character B on the Imperial side, should be able to participate as well. Once I log out and choose another character from another guild, then those should still be open for me to complete once more. Is this making sense? LOL If programming these changes are not do-able or practical, then is there a chance to have the tasks themselves changed. Have all tasks and missions put on "infinite" so for eg; all 30 chars in 4 guilds can participate ongoing. If there is the ability to do that,but now you're faced with dishing out huge amounts of rewards to those chars, then a different cap would need to be implemented. You could cap it to total of 2 chars per GUILD, 1 on Imperial (max) and 1 on Republic (max). Doing the same now with the balance of 28 chars in the other guilds. If you have 5 chars on pub side and 8 on imp side, the rule of allowing only 1 per side still applies. Just make it possible for multiple chars in multiple guilds (single server), to have the ability to participate in group quests with their guildies; not being limited to a ONE CHARACTER completion. Make it a 2 character limit PER GUILD. That way guild #1 gets 2 participants, guild #2 same,guild #3 same. The guilds are benefiting from more participation and your chars are getting their due rewards. If allowing 2 chars per guild, you could even raise the reward goal from 20k to 35-40k? Thoughts?
  16. So I realize that the comps were class specific;what I didn't realize,was the continuing story only applied to those classes. That makes me upset,that I can't play any of the new content with warriors,jedi etc. Just like the Chiss story, everyone played that and they introduced Raina Temple which is fine. I also get the fact that people want their original comps back,I do too,but the newly recruited ones like Raina for the Agent,she's no more alive than she was with stor. You get a "hello sir" kind of thing and that's it. She doesn't interact with you because she was part of the story. Same with Vette,even if you romanced her, the reunion was so underwhelming. So that being said (because there is no dialogue/interaction difference), I think the story should continue on for ALL classes and not worry about old companions coming back. You can get them back from the terminal since they're not "alive" anyway. When they bring our comps back,then why not do it as an alliance alert. Do a mission and retrieve them. I realize the alerts are cold and it's only text in the conversation, but we've all had to endure that anyway,even if you were the "owners" of those comps. So, make the stories avail to all,bring the comps back slowly via alerts,and then we can all play at the same time. I'm not keen on the idea of having to wait almost a year to get stories for all my characters. Even if they do a release every month or 2 months, it's still going to be forever. By the time you get your last character/class done, the story is going to be totally ruined because people just love to spoil content for other people. I don't want to hear what happens to Theron through the "grapevine". I want it completed first hand and to be able to do it at time of release.
  17. I'm in the same situation...can't get the mission. Not on my ship or Odessen. There are no prompts anywhere to pick this up. Only the last 2 are there...Umbara and Chiss. I'm a sith warrior and like you, I have completed the Chiss story. I would like to finish this; any ideas where/how to get it? I will post a bug as well.
  18. 6 months ago I received a list from customer service. There was a solo FP I wanted to do and couldn't find it. They explained it had been removed as solo and turned into veteran and master..they sent this SOLO list to me. It's great!   19. After 8 months of trying to get this achv done, finally got the opportunity to fight this Lance on Yavin 4. We had a group of 14 people and finally defeated him after 30 mins. He has one the highest HP that I've seen so far; 10 mil. When you die, you respawn at the nearest base (forget the name) and have to make your way back across the bridge. That's an additional pain, having to fight those mobs every time;they don't stay dead. After a few deaths and re-spawns, the team and I finally took this guy down. He was very hard, but have to say it was a thrill and a lot of fun. Felt really great and rewarding. When the Lance finally collapsed, I only read in chat 3 people out of 14 received a reward for his death. It was nothing to speak of anyway. My friend told me it was a pistol or knife or something stupid (and blue). On top of that, NONE of us received the Broken Lance achievement. Even the mission WEEKLY: On Hollowed Grounds is still open on my ledger. So, 1) why is their no reward for the kill and , 2) why didn't any of the achievements/missions complete? Did me and my group do something wrong, or is this ANOTHER codex/lore that's bugged and will never get fixed? After 8 months of waiting for this thing to spawn and getting enough people together to do it, I get nothing?!!!! I can let the non reward go, who cares, but not even getting any completion whatsoever? That is frustrating,maddening and disheartening. Can anyone shed some light;anyone else affected by this, or just bad luck it was only MY group that got ripped off?
  20. Hello Eric/Keith In regards to the merge, I have a concern about my Legacy name. Here is your quote: Legacy Name and Level Since Legacy names are not unique, you will not lose a Legacy name as part of this process. However, if you have two Legacies which are brought together, the name and level of the highest level Legacy will be maintained. Ex: You have the Level 10 “Skywalker” Legacy on The Bastion and the Level 40 “Organa” Legacy on The Harbinger; these will combine into the Organa Legacy at Level 40. I understand this perfectly, but do not fall into this scenario. Both servers are Level 50. What name will I end up with? Is there going to be a "next" criteria if they are equal? Go by set-up date? Here's an example; Iv'e had ABCDE for over 2 years. Love the name ALOT. My Guildmaster moved to another server and I took over a few chars to follow him (all done as char transfers). Now being on the other server, I was told to set up a new legacy name that would be unique so that he would know who we are and where we came from (dont think it was really necessary, but...). Now I have legacy 12345 on the new server and ABCDE on the original server. The new one was only created a few months ago. When the merge goes through, will I maintain the legacy that was built 2 years ago? It's the one I'm wanting the most, the other one was just a "dummy" creation. If the players need or want to change their names from this merge, can we do it at NO COST to us?
  21. could you please,please,please consider implementing a drop down menu for the command menu. when trying to do flashpoints,ops and dailies, you have to click on the darn thing a million times to get the place you want to be. especially the daily area. bad enough you have to go through every planet in the game, but getting the same ones over and over and over. the pain is excruciating and time consuming. Instead of getting alderaan and balmorra 15 times in a row, could we not just have a drop list so you can pick your destination? or have it remember your choices so it can move onto a place that you "didn't " decline in the first place? small change like this could relieve a lot of unwanted stress. thanks
  22. Hear! Hear! I'm totally in agreement with that suggestion. Kaliyo and Yuun and Aric etc cannot be modified from opposite factions. Having a neutral location like Odessen is the perfect place for a companion vendor..let's do this!
  23. I would like to see more tiles avail for the front entrance of Yavin 4. There are plenty of spots on upper grounds near the bridge and caves, but nothing out front near the landing pad or front door. I would like the option to put in camp fires and tents etc. For a new decoration, i would love to see a big screen TV monitor (med size wall mount). No data information(stock market), but show a person reporting daily news/events, or some kind of slide show, showing us beautiful parts of our planets. Mountain tops of Alderaan and it's lakes, the beaches of Rakata Prime, undersea world of Manaan etc. Just something we can walk up to and get "informed" or visually enjoy our scenery slides. Same size as the one used by Kaliyo in her apartment in kotfe. Also, I think having some kind of aquarium would be really cool. You could make 3 sizes and put them in packs. Make an octangular corner piece (or 3 sided) small..a med size about 3-4 ft long rectangle..and finally a large size about 8-10 ft long. They could be about 4ft high for small and med, and 6 ft tall for the large (includes the stand). 3/4 of size be glass. You could make 2 styles? One with a black metal base and the other as wood. The small could be a green tile, the med as a blue tile, and the large as a pink tile. You could even make a large aquarium as a wall mount too with pink tile size. Using 1 hook to hang, but visually takes up 2 hooks. If you use one or both of my ideas, as a reward or payment to me for your gratitude; please DO NOT attach ANY valor requirements to them. Keep them as ordinary decorations. MANY people in this game do not like pvp and dont want to participate, me included. Ive had decorations sitting for a while, and found out the hard way I needed a certain valor lvl to activate them. PLEASE dont. Hope those suggestions were detailed enough..have fun planning. It will be nice to see some fresh decos.
  24. Don't know if it's possible for the timeline we're playing in, but i would love to ride a horse. It could even come equipped with some battle armor like the knights once used. Make some black, brown and white choices and the armor could be colored according to horse color. Black and silver equip for the black and brown horses, and white/gold or pastel shades of greens and blues for the white ones. Make the horses large and somewhat heavy, with extra fur around the hooves (have them designed from the work horse species). When not in motion, have the animal stomp his foot or shake his head. Heck you could even throw in a snort or two lol Again, I'm not sure IF horses could exist now, but I think it would be pretty cool to show off your steed.
