gotta love the if you can heal you are a healer mentality some people have here, which i find comes from people who never play healers. the good ole play my way or **** mentality. fact is healing is sort of annoying in this game particularly in pvp where any dps can easily out heal any non sorc/sage healer, and healing in general is unrewarded and unappreciated by the masses in general.

no... no you wont, at the end of the day you personally will almost always come out significantly head ignoring the fact you can heal and just dps. in a game where i can choose to reduce my own gains by 30% to help others get 10-20% more and get zero recognition (mvps any sort of good job healers in chat ANYTHING) or screw the team out of 10% so i can get my 100% well.. F the team.

your either an imp, or a lower level repub on that server, i know for a fact its fine as a higher levle imp, but my shadow could take 5 groups with her and wed still get swarmed 3:1 within 5-10 minutes of landing anywhere, jump a gorup of imps and move to another area planet, because 50 of them will swarm the area within 5-10 minutes.

if were gonna move that fast may as well remove the recast timer on your personal teleporter and add teleport spots every 100 yards

no... no they did not, EQ 1 had ZERO transparency for years, you could not even alt+tab out of the game without using a third person program that could get you banned, no one had any real idea of what the stats in the game really did, you did not evne know how large your mana pool was just that you had roughly 74% of it left and roughly 2 int/wis was 1 mana per level, and when asked what dex did you were told you weren't supposed to know. it wasn't until luclin was almost out that i even heard of the first "parser" and it was a ban-able offense to be caught using one so people rarely even mentioned it... at the time, things eventually changed, now on EQ most (yes most if not all) raiding guilds use add ons that literally tell you when to press the Down arrow key to avoid a frenzy, or when to use a specific discipline, ive even seen programs that predicted very accurately what spell to cast and when AND do it for you in that game. I've seen EQ 1 raids completely automated, this is why when GoD and later expansions came out they had to start doing REALLY REALLY weird things during raid fights. There are things youd have to do in EQ1 raids that no one on this community would willingly put up with, and its all due to addons and data mining.

that has something to do with the fact that the repubs at all times are outnumbered at least 2:1, why the hell should i get a group of people together just to get swamped by twice as many or more imps? and thats on one of the more balanced pvp servers. same thing happened in war, as soon as i got a group of 30-40 people to attack a castle we had about 10 minutes before we got swarmed by 100 people on the other team who did not need to do anything but charge us and dps to win.

i did a poll at my local college where all i needed was a random sample of 0.05% of the population in order for it to be statistically significant and even then i was told that was likely excessive so I'm going with not only yes but a resounding heck yeah, even only 1,000 people at relative random would be.. learn 2 maths.

honestly a better sign of a broken RNG is no one complaining about it, part of being random is sometimes random is consistent... seriously, if something cant randomize what looks like consistency then it doesn't actually randomize, if the randomizes compromises for over consistency then well.... its not random. also.. the math and science on programming RNG is so solid at this point unless they tried to reinvent the wheel which would be a silly thing to do... then im confident its fine, last game that i cna think of with a RNG bug was city of heroes early days, when they changed it to be a forced bell curve they both made it nonrandom, and completely boned avoidance heroes... until they fixed that.

honestly im much much more annoyed when im in a premade and we fight a pick up group, most the time i don't even really participate after it becomes obvious because... whats the point, we win... no fun... as the gmae stands i choose ot have more than half my matches be boring wastes of times. the chocie between stomping pick ups half the time, or getting stomped half the time isnt a good choice.. either way half my time is simply wasted.

i agree completely, if hes going to get 5 medals for eating a ton of damage and another 5 for dealing a ton of damage i should get 5 for ALLOWING him to eat a ton of damage, and 5 for allowing him to survive long enough to deal a ton of damage. instead i can get 3 for helping him, or just be selfish and get 10 of my own.

It seems not even a month into the game that we have already went from cant find a group at all, to the can only find a group that's being run through instances by a significantly higher level phase of what i like to call MMo instance failure syndrome. That is you have made it so hard to find level appropriate groups that people have stopped trying to do them level appropriately and just want to be run through them for loot... any thoughts? at least on canderous ordo server.

but i missed the rush and hours upon hours spent LFG just to get a honestly very fun 30-40 minute run with people to once again LFT for hours is just... not worth it. so im gonna speak with my wallet.

im pretty much out... its the only thing that bothers me about this game and its game breaking in my little scrub mind, i find myself logging on my level 20 somethings lfting, switching them around for about an hour and logging out in relative blahdom no you cant have my stuff, no im not an instant gratification person, i just don't want to waste anymore time waiting to have fun, i did that for years on EQ. flame on, dissenting opinions aren't normally allowed on forums. post was made to make me feel better. edited to fix spelling.
