So it turns out it was DvL. It's just been so long since the event that I've forgotten which items came from those. I now feel a bit foolish. Oh well. Thanks for advice, all.

Welcome to 2018 and this is still happening.

No countdown. I checked like five times to make sure I wasn't just missing it somehow. I logged a ticket a couple days ago as suggested, so I guess now it's just a waiting game.

I was looking through my Cartel Stash for items I could maybe sell on the GTN. I claimed a few and it said they were bound. So I googled it and saw that there was supposedly a window of like 36 or 48 hours before it would unbind and thus be sellable. Ok, that's fine. But more than two days later, they're still bound to me. I never equipped them, got no warnings that something I was about to do would permanently bind them, nothing. So what did I do wrong? How do I get items without immediately permanently binding them?

On the Commander's datapad are the missions that say welcome from each of the advisors. They immediately say "completed" but won't let me hit the Accept button. What do?

Waitwaitwait. All the armor my toons were wearing converted to the new stats just fine, but the exact same gear from vendors was problematic?

I just wanna play the game. I've spent the last two days troubleshooting, deleting, reinstalling, and all manner of stuff that isn't playing the game. I haven't once gotten to the character selection screen. Will update fix that?

OK. So I got it to finish by completely deleting swtor and downloading everything again. But now I'll hit play, see the KotFE loading screen, see "BIOWARE" in huge letters fade in and out, then nothing. I have to CTL-ALT-DLT out and End Task cuz it ain't responding.

I got it downloading, and when I came back, it said something about an error and gave me a repair button. I clicked the repair button. It said "Repairing 53 file(s)" for a while. It started installing. Then it didn't. It just stopped. I know it stopped because it was at the same percentage I'd left it at an hour and a half earlier. I tried relaunching. It downloaded again. It started "repairing" again. It started installing again. It stopped again. At 74% again. EDIT: Restarted, ran as admin, tried again. Exact. Same. Thing. I have no clue what else to do.

Now, I get what you're saying, mac, and I'm not trying to start anything so I apologize if I sound *ssholish, but if someone addresses a thorn that's been in your side for a couple years, first response is usually "thanks" not "f*cking hell, *sshole, why didn't you do that earlier?". Right? Again, I totally understand where you're coming from here. But, like, think about it a bit. If you worked at a comparable company and someone's response to your helping them is pretty indistinguishable from their initial complaining, why would you help them? Like, screw that guy, right? Even just from a practical standpoint, people like people who are nice to them, yeah? Who would you WANT to help, the guy who's polite or the guy who goes "are you f*cking sorry?!"? -------------------------------------- Right, sorry. Sometimes I interject and probably shouldn't. Just throwing some advice out, make what you will of it. Again, sorry.

My SW never left Neutral. It ends up being really easy if you RP the character as the honorable warrior who keeps his promises and doesn't stab people in the back and fights fair, but still really likes fighting and killing things. Like combining Goku and Vegeta, but without the juvenility brought on by fusing.
