  1. This 100%. I like the new system because it will basically force down prices so things sell instead of the eye-watering prices now compared to many years ago when I had 14M and could rule the world. "It has ruined my game" though? Please, get real. If you want to play buy-and-sell, ETrade may be more your wheelhouse.
  2. Mentioned here: https://forums.swtor.com/topic/931649-issues-with-star-forge/
  3. I came here wondering if I triggered some awful bug to give me a 3 Million HP first boss in Story Mode but it seems like that's happening to everyone. As a tank, that fight took way too long and was just 6 minutes of mashing buttons and walking out of a red circle. EDIT: Finally finished this after an hour and a half. This flashpoint needs some serious rethinking in the way it was designed, it just played like a gigantic grind with boss fights. Fortunately, the bosses after the first one had HP that was reasonable for story mode, but each group of mobs was like reaching a checkpoint down a long hallway, with each mob fight being repetitive as can be.
  4. Hello! I re-subscribed a few minutes ago but immediately ran into a roadblock when trying to install the launcher. The installer would produce the error "There is not enough available space on the disk selected for downloaded files" despite there being more than enough space based on the required value. Below is a screenshot of the launcher and the error message showing an available 719gb but 25gb required: http://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.15752-9/102736253_599522060948044_6491664062257037312_n.png?_nc_cat=109&_nc_sid=b96e70&_nc_ohc=ViuaNuzCKqoAX-pHSqb&_nc_ht=scontent-atl3-1.xx&oh=e538894c4ccec1ec3fe83773a3d8a167&oe=5EFDCF4A
  5. I'm afraid it's just not worth it where I am in the game and the direction BW wants to take SWTOR. I have all 8 classes at 65, so none can level up without paying for a subscription. My hope was to take the 7-day referral link, play through the rest of KotFE (assuming I wasn't going to get level-capped since the game says I'm a "subscriber"), and then pay for a month to finish the final expansion. Suffice to say the experience in the past few days has been lackluster at best. It's been over a year since I was a full subscriber, leaving when KotFE essentially axed the co-op feeling of the game, and in that time my guildmates and I have all moved to a different MMO in that time. Not WoW, however we did spend time there and enjoyed it. All of us used the same referral link for the 7-day deal and all found the game to be much more clunky and unpolished than we remember. I had many issues playing the game, far too many to list here, but I can't justify even the 1-month subscription for the game as it is right now. A few years ago it was awesome, but now it seems like such a long way from that.
  6. Hello, I took advantage of a referral link for its 7-day subscription following a year away from SWTOR and immediately ran into an issue where I'm stuck 1xp shy of level 66 and cannot advance. I managed to find some posts with the same issue saying it was linked to the latest expansion. Since I just completed Chapter X of Fallen Empire, and haven't moved into the new content, could that be the reason why? Thanks!
  7. There's always the cybernetic armor pieces...
  8. I'd argue that in a small way, the community could be pinned for part of the fault, but not the entire community. Specifically, we can pin it on the trolls, and only the trolls, that make a hobby out of jumping into every new post on here that says something along the lines of "I don't like the direction this game is going" and posting immature answers like "Bye. Here's a cookie" or "Can I have your stuff?" These posts do nothing but start wars and derail any topic from where it started, meaning the feedback, even the more uncommon constructive feedback, gets lost in the forum battles with the 5-year-olds. If I were a Bioware employee and got on the forums, all I would see is arguments, no real feedback or anything like that. I'd probably see people defending what the devs are doing, but enough research would show that these "defense" responses come from a small group. When the responses started flooding in from the stream, I saw tons of these immature responses and it saturated the forums to where I couldn't find out what was trying to be addressed in the first place. Once I started placing this group on my ignore list, the discussions became much clearer, and the more constructive, and mature, responses began to show themselves. Luckily, most of this group is getting ignored tonight, and we're seeing actual feedback instead of just useless pot-shots.
  9. That one new piece of content that is frequently bugged to the point where you can't complete it, might I add
  10. Uh...mate, you know Battlefront is an EA game right? They didn't exactly "lose" you in that sense...or maybe at all. Personally, the recent developments (with that live stream being the last) sent me back to WoW, which means they actually did lose me as a customer. You just said you switched to another game they make, you weren't actually lost at all.
  11. How about that trailer though??!?!?!?!
  12. For real, that's basically how I interpreted it. Not worth it, I'll come back for a month next year to binge the chapters, toodles!
  13. Another: -Subscribe from Jan. 11 to August 1st and you get an extra chapter where you play as HK-55
