In part I agree, innocent players are often affected by the actions of others. However this change was made for a reason, and personally for the matter of max 7 days or as little as one day inconvenience, you really need to get some sort of perceptive on this issue. Its not that bad overall.

Not had any issue, I changed it once on one character it was in that place on any other character, any server plus any account. Not sure you are having this issue but add it to the bug forum. More likey get noticed there and not lost in the endless threads here in general.

You are the second poster to say this. So far not had an issue. I moved it and it stays where i put it, just above the chat box. Not only has it not moved it is still there if I change servers and accounts. OK, so i guess I have to ask, which plants phase or OP's FP'S. I have played in a total of 14 hours since this change, So I guess it must be some areas I have not been to yet. i have done all republic planets including heroics on republic side up to and including Ossus, CZ, Oricon, Yavin, and Black hole. Not as much on imp side has that be from today as i try to get my 500k conquests However have still done several imp side quests too. So which planets and phase?

The time spent on the bar? Let's consider that just for two seconds. I log in i can see that days special immediately. From a marketing perspective, job is done. As i have said in another thread on this, feedback from players is not the only thing BW have to consider, they have investors, shareholders to consider as well. Plus having to justify their f2p model to them as an easy example as to why this was done. What BW spend there money and resources on is up to them and should never be dictated to by a few customers. You say poorly designed, actually, I think it's very well designed from a marketing point of view, you, of course, can disagree. Now do I like it, No. Should it stay, I don't care, I really am indifferent on this, it has zero impact on my game. it takes less than a second to minimize it when I log in, and yes I do look at the days' cartel item daily so as said it works. The bar can be moved and so far despite all the negativity, not a single poster has shown me any definitive proof it has had any impact on the gameplay model, not in PvE, PvP, Op's doing story, Heroics. I understand if a player logs in does not know you can move it complaining about it. If it was stuck in the middle of the screen and could not be moved I too would proberbly be more angry about it. The other thread about the cartel items been bugged and not as advertised I have far more sympathy for.

Its not that, I'm not in favor of the change, that however does not change the fact so many players are been very childish over such a small thing that is easily moved. You can go over my posts and say whatever you like, I feel just the same about all their posts. It has zero impact on the game. It takes less than 3-4 seconds to move. Changes nothing in the story, Op's, PvP, WZ's, or any other aspect of the game. I dismiss it because it does not deserve anything else other than to be dismissed. It is open when first logging on, or when switching to another character. Which requires just a single clink to reduce back to the bar. Not had it happen at any other time myself. Yours is the first time I have read anything to say otherwise. Then again after so many threads on a single subject, I am now just skipped most of the posts

well for what it's worth which is not much as I am just one player I agree with jedimasterjac comments in this thread. The story has been held back and with good reason. Not that story updates were ever that regular from day one. BW has said this game is going strong, which jedimasterjac has given the source in which they have said so, plus have also said in other official posts by them. Pessimistic people will always be pessimistic, so they will put their doom and gloom in all their posts. Unfortunately, it's part and parcel of all forums and social media.

You can just drag it and move it, You only need to do so once. It then applies the move across servers and accounts (if played on the same PC). This info has been said more than once on what is so many threads on this subject. If players did not keep feeling the need to start a thread on the same subject 6 times within less than 24 hours, then maybe just maybe you know you could just move it. No need for URL, secondary window, just drag it to a new location. That's it.

Or more like there investors, shareholders said it stays. Over the last few years, EA has removed the F2P model from a few of there games. SWTOR has not done so, but it still comes with a price tag. A movable small bar is not such a big deal to pay if it still lets what must be hundreds of players continue to play free. Not only is it moveable but you only need to move once, that move goes across servers and accounts if played on the same computer. So something that takes 4 seconds to move! Do I like it, No but so many of you are making a huge deal out of absolutely nothing?

Sad and I agree when BW/EA cannot even get cartel market items correct as it must be a considerable income for them. So not really surprised by it.

Do i think the new bar on screen was a good thing to do? No, not really. Then again it is not such a big issue for a bar which is small moveable to warrant half a dozen or so threads about it? I agree with you that on so many things player feedback is largely ignored, however, it's not always going to be the most considered freedback and there are very good reasons for that.

Blah blah. Nothing to me has changed in this update, except for a single bar on the screen that can easily be moved. Other than that nothing has changed for me. Set bonus really not that big a deal. If you listen very very carefully you can hear a violin playing. Just move it to a different location on your screen by just dragging it. I have put mine under the comp icon.

Regarding your last post CharlesBoyd. I think overall that is the best post by any member of BW I have ever seen in the long years I have been playing. The year we are in means nothing to me but clearly it does to others. Credit where credit is due.

I am sure last time I downloaded this game (for my new laptop) it was around 64 and not the 44 mentioned. However, as for available space, it will depend on what other items you have on your PC. Such as security, things like word, DVD players, and the endless other programs. While most programs are small take little space collectively it can add up. Some can conflict with this game. Anyway, good luck with your new PC. Some have an issue when first loaded with the actual game screen size which is a pain to correct. If you do encounter this. I agree another option BW could do is give the option for the weekly reward is that once you have done a FP you can then deselect it without it penalizing the weekly reward. Or FP's done is auto removed from the list. To me, the weekly reward is not huge enough to warrant this kind of thread. So the best bet is just to unselect it. It not like you have keep it that way you can always reselect HS the week after if you so chose. It is always the individual players' choice. So not feeling all that sorry for you. Players will play whats best for them, not what's best for someone else.

not had a single upgrade on Biochem for level 75, no longer bother with it.
