I agree. I read the effect as you have described and it does not work that way. However, deception ‘sins are in a good spot. Fixing that will buff them. In PvP it would be a very powerful buff. In PvE it would a solid buff. My impression is buffing ‘sins is not on the ‘dartboard of to-do’s’ A rewording is closer to more likely fix.

The three examples the OP mentioned can be completed with 6 players. If you one shot everything there is not an issue. Perhaps the challenge gives the veteran players a reason to focus. The difficult run could a team-building, friend-discovering experience. If the group can't seven person it, perhaps the issue isn't a single sandbag. I pick teaching over completing. Yes it is fair, everyone pays the same price in time. Nothing. I do not like being carried or carrying others.

Altuur Zok Adon Currently Influence 49 (1553/9900) I believe I gave all rep tokens to Altuur on this one character. It’s possible I made random user error. I don’t believe I did, but I have no log of all events to check. User error being the most likely cause no matter what the user claims. That said Ki’at Thavo will not vendor me Succulent Picolet Beetles or any other rep item. “You do not meet the requirements to purchase this item.” So, I can send him on ~80 crew missions or buy a Commander’s Compendium. Query: Are those my only two options?
