Ok & who's bright Idea was it to use the Rancor HOLO to put in the updates?!? I mean, wouldn't it have been better to use Darth Hexid instead of a Rancor HOLO?!?

Thank-you Eric for keeping us in the loop as best you can & for being smart enough to not bother trying to give time estimates because even I know you do that & someone's going to BMC when it can't be met because one correction caused a cascade failure elsewhere. Here's to hoping the dev's are able to correct the code causing the unanticipated PITA issues without losing DAYS of game time. Correcting code is never very simple, especially when more then one programmer has been involved in a project that's ongoing over several years, making corrections, adding features, ect . . . All of that increases potentially problematic interactions between different lines of code exponentially. The fact that even with the glitches, bugs & outright critical crashes that have occurred over the years Bioware has kept this game functional & mostly fun has earned my respect. Especially when you consider there are far more serious situations going on irl right now (like the Flooding in Texas, ect) we really don't have anything serious to ***** about when this game encounters the occasional performance error that Bioware Dev's work their Assets off trying to correct in a timely manner. Add in the fact that Eric has been doing regular updates to inform us on how things are or are not progress, then I have nothing but respect. Especially in the face of the rather ungrateful, whiny & self-entitled slime sucking twatwuffles whom I'm sure make Eric & their fellow Community reps wonder just how old some of the players are in the forums & why their parents even let them have a computer (supervised or not) nvm this game! Thank-you to all of the Bioware staff working to keep us in formed & fixing this current issue so we can return to gaming. Pay as much attention to the ones whom are acting like self-entitled slime suckers as you would to a flake of dander blowing off your friend's head!

Well another version I've heard for FUBAR = F#*ked Up But According to Regulations where as I think SNAFU is more apropo for some of the on going glitches & Bugs - Situation Normally All F#*ked Up!. Here's to hoping all lost stuff does get tracked & returned.

Ok I'm running into the dang issue where I an log in but NONE of my Alts are available AT ALL, quit & reloaded launcher twice, no love. Opened comp files deleted the files & folder the work around directed me to & Still NO LOVE, WTFH?!? REALLY?!? I'm Conquest Commander for my Guild on BOTH Sides & I can't even get on to set it & move our ships in for support, ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH! Yes I've been as patient & understanding as I possibly can, but when you say servers are UP & running without saying there's any remaining problems & I run into this!!

Wow what fun for you guys & thank-you for the heads up Keith! I hate to ask what Clusterpuck's happened @ the datacentre to FUBAR everything so spectacularly. I have to admit this is the longest delay I can recall since I started playing while coping with #CoH / #CoV withdrawles that you weren't able to even give an ETA. But you're not the only data system being affected today by something, there's even instore debitcard service being affected for specific retail chains up here in Canada. Hope you're all able to sort things through soon & just imagine Ballgags tied to the fingers of the haters since most (if not all) have no clue what you're having to do to track down the issues. Though compensation would be nice, especially for those whom sub'd since time is actually $ & they're losing it with this serious glitch. I'm not going to ***** as I have no clue what all the work you devs are going through to track & correct the issue that's at the root if this PITA. Thank-you for the work you are putting into it, even though most of us don't have a freaking clue & many are ************ like armchair quarterbacks whom never went amateur never mind pro.

Yup Game Login is down & server statuses are still showing as down as well, 1:45 pm MDT here. I'm almost afraid to ask what got Borked THIS time!!

Yeah I tried the shut down of extraneous applications & such, including shutting down my graphics card's game optimizing tracking program & also rebooting no love. BUT this last time after rebooting comp & shutting down the graphics gaming program I got the "The login service is currently unavailable." message instead of the initializing thing that usually occurs upon login as the updater tries to handshake with the servers. So here's to hoping they're tracking the "unspecified error" & possibly either rolling back or outright fixing the glitch!

Thank-you for the heads up Rash_In, that would certainly make sense as to why this particular bug has had no Dev response as to when this might be dealt with. Though it would have been nice to hear officially that this or some other reason is why they're unable to fix this, instead of just grapevine communication..

Ran into this bug on the class mission as well (running my sniper) file ticket & Protocol Droid's response to the ticket I filed on 05/16/16 was & I quote "We are sorry that you have encountered an issue with your mission, however please be advised that we currently only offer support for class story missions." If this isn't a Class Story Mission, then WTFH IS?!? Never mind in the 1st line of my ticket I put "Doing Sniper Mission: Defender of the Empire - Power Plays Bonus Mission . . ." & the ticket's CLOSED so I can't reply that it IS a Freaking CLASS mission! *facepalm* REALLY?!? So now I'm having to log into here separately to respond, not impressed. *Walks away while muttering bout the fact I still have the mission in my tracker, just for the bonus mission glitch so Bioware/ Lucas Arts COULD look into it* -One Cranky Mama Gamer
