  1. Please make it possible to switch loadouts in the middle of a flashpoint or Op (any group finder activity). It is very frustrating if your group cannot progress because (for example) the healer disconnected and no one is able to join. Knowing that you can do it yourself, but the game does not allow you to swap loadouts. Another such example: While in tank spec, I signed up as DPS or tank (I can do either). The GF gave me a DPS role, but subsequently did not allow me to go into DPS spec (so had to complete the content as a second tank I understand you don't want people to abuse the system and swap all the time, but a simple timer can fix that (don't allow players to swap again for 5 minutes or so (while still in the same GF activity)
  2. I feel the pain. Nathema is long and most groups cannot complete it. So the net result is that players insta quit when being assigned to it. Kuat has a similar issue. Although easier to complete, it is a big time investment just to kill 1 boss (where you normally have 3 or 4 per run). Meaning that from a reward/effort perspective, Kuat is a pure waste of time. So my proposal: 1: Increase the number of FP's in the rotation (or simply offer all like before) 2: Allow people to exclude 1 or more FP's without having the rewards penalty. For example: - Lower levels may exclude 1 (and still be eligible for rewards) - Mid levels may exclude 2 (and still be eligible for rewards) - Max level may exclude 3 (and still be eligible for rewards)
  3. Flashpoints (especially vet mode) are a good way to enjoy the game together with other players. Especially for the vast majority of regular players who don't go on raids every day (or have the time/equipment/skill do do Master mode). - Before 7.0 completing a random vet FP would effectively grant the player 25 to 30 K conquest points each run (not counting socialite objective). Where the weekly target was 50K. That means a few hours of team play was enough to get a character to the weekly objective (which is perfect). - Since the update, this is down to almost 5 or 6K per run (with a target of 100K). How can a normal player who likes to group with friends or random other players get to his/her target this way ? The effort required to get to the target is roughly 10 times more then it used to be !!! This is especially frustrating if you have multiple active toons that all have this 100K target. Can you please increase the CQ rewards for completing FP's and make them infinitely repeatable again ? I truly don't like being forced to go to low level planets each day, to kill 75 random trash (solo) just to get a few CQ points.
  4. Took almost 10 minutes before I got to character select.
  5. Completely true. And still today this post is the top hit on google if you search on how to unlock it. So what better place to put it ?
  6. If you bought it from cartel market and do not see it as an alert, go to chapters (Shift + E) and start/unlock it from there.
  7. Same issue here. Todays patch messed up the client somehow Updates: Removing bitraider: no effect Completely removing and reinstalling the game: no effect. Still stuck in quick play mode with 0 % download progress: Update 2: Bitraider broke during last patch. Switching to non bitraider client did the trick for me. Guide is here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/Guide-How-to-Switch-to-Non-Streaming-Launcher/m-p/4867417#U4867417
  8. So I upgraded my PC to: Geforce GTX980 Graphics card Intel I7 4790K Chip MSI Z97 Gaming 7 motherboard 16 Gigs of Ram And the frame rate is just horrible. 30ish at best. Between 10 and 15 in flashpoints, ± 6 in 8 man ops. Around 1 in 16 man ops and 0.2 when trying the walker on Yavin... Any advice why SWTOR would run so badly on a PC that should be able to run it without a sweat ?
