Skadge is gone to and i need him for quest

I am doing the A thousand pardons quest on Belsavis, I came in and apparently you need skadge, I look in my companion bar even hit B and no skadge, I saw another person come by and he had the same problem.. so is anyone else getting this because I'm getting real pissed.

I know it'd take a lot of work and all, but SWTOR devs should consider making you choose your voice, like your a jedi consular, you can choose the consular voice or knight voice, trooper, warrior, etc. It'd be a pretty cool feature, but also a lot of work, like getting the voice actors again and give them alle different scripts and such, but still would be awesome for my consular to have smugglers voice xD, hopefully one day tho

No i couldnt even use the one i got. And if i try entering someones elses (which was posted a few seconds ago) it stil lsaid invalid, 15 people or whatever using up a code in split second?
